Description: When the API fell back to cached stats because Hypixel was busy, the bot showed them as if they were live.
Conflicts with #997.
Testing: with
hypixelApi.timeoutset to 1,/bedwarsfor a player cached over 2 minutes ago says "Hypixel is busy right now, so these stats are from 2 minutes ago."Depends on #1044
