Description: Leaderboard arrows and search buttons disappear after 5 minutes and stop working after a restart.

1. Each page now picks its own random background, since every click re-runs the command. It used to keep the first page's background.

Testing:

1. /leaderboard bedwars overall.wins, restart the bot, then click down, and page 2 shows.
2. Search position 125, and the page with feat(jsx): add more theming and style related features #125 shows.

Stacked on #1088.
Conflicts with #1053, and with #926 and the PRs stacked on it (#985, #1044, #988).
