Description: /guild top and /rankings buttons disappear after 5 minutes and stop working after a restart.

1. A click reads the cached guild or player, so it never asks Hypixel.
2. Each page now picks its own random background, like leaderboards in feat(discord-bot): keep leaderboard buttons working after restarts #1089.

Testing: /guild top Quote, restart the bot, then click down and pick Yesterday, and page 2 of yesterday's GEXP shows.
