Description: When a Hypixel guild request failed (timeout, rate limit or outage), the API treated it as a missing guild, so the bot said it couldn't find it and the API deleted the cached guild.
#999 is stacked on this PR, with #1039, #926, #985, #1044 and #988 above it.
Testing: with
hypixelApi.timeoutset to 1,GET /guildfor a guild you've looked up before returns it withcached: true.
