Getting Started

After launching BitLauncher for the first time, you should configure the basic launcher settings.

  1. Select Minecraft Version

Choose the Minecraft version you want to play.

  1. Configure Java

BitLauncher requires a compatible Java installation to launch Minecraft.

Make sure the selected Java executable matches the Minecraft version you want to run.

  1. Configure RAM

Select how much memory Minecraft should be allowed to use.

Avoid allocating all available system RAM to Minecraft. Leave enough memory for your operating system and other applications.

  1. Install Fabric

If you want to use Fabric mods, install the appropriate Fabric version for your Minecraft version.

See Fabric.

  1. Add Mods

Once Fabric is installed, you can add compatible mods.

See Mods.

  1. Launch Minecraft

After completing the configuration, launch the selected Minecraft installation.
