설치·수신 방법이 불분명하고 WebM·브라우저 재생을 암시하던 README를 실제 Java 예제의 기능과 검증 범위에 맞게 정리합니다. 영어 공개 문서의 첫 문단에 Android screen mirroring, MediaProjection, MediaCodec, FFmpeg와 지원 형식을 설명하고 네 가지 FFplay 명령과 APK·빌드·네트워크·권한 안내를 제공합니다.
기여·행동 강령·비공개 보안 제보·변경 내역·라이선스 안내와 이슈/PR 양식, Dependabot 설정을 추가했습니다. 실제 API 37 작은 화면과 키보드 상태의 캡처 및 장치별 125초 디코딩·종료 검증표를 포함합니다. API 21 H.264 인코더 제한, ADB로 검증한 TCP 경로, Mac의 직접 FFmpeg UDP 수신 미검증을 명시하고 지연·검색 순위 효과를 주장하지 않습니다.
PR #13 기여 방향은 README에 출처와 작성자를 표시했습니다. 기존 #11·#12·#13의 답변 초안과 방문/복제/검색 유입 기준값을 기록했으며, 해당 글에 답변을 게시하거나 종료하지 않았습니다. 저장소 description/topics/Discussions와 비공개 보안 제보·secret scanning·push protection·Dependabot security updates는 활성화 후 API로 확인했습니다.
