Narrow additive promotion of the source bytes from IB #152 (exact head d6c74283fa6bc41462a5af53c022894fe66cad90) and IB #153 (exact head d9f18955801864cce2e8c8ac02df853772b271ac) onto the current main tree, rather than merging #152 into the superseded binder-first-host branch of closed PR #112.

Source identity preserved: imports 25 existing blobs byte-for-byte, with no rewrites: the unchanged Shizuku host from the original Binder branch, the ICU #35 paired metadata/body producer, versioned Arena readback, PFD host and source owner, tests and exact-head AI-CI-pinned workflow definitions. No old WebView, broad Longview, unrelated Idriç core or native UI history is included.

Evidence so far:

• AI-CI #277 self-test independent source verification PASS.
• IB #152 checked Arena run 38670970050 PASS with independent AI-CI oracle on actual retained ICU-native HTTP/TLS host bytes.
• IB #153 PFD run 38671092629 PASS with independent v2 receipt validation and native PFD host tests.
• FP #143 runs pinned FP/ICK/Ike candidate acceptance; its exact execution receipt is a separate gate and not presumed passed.
• FP SUN #142 remains authoritative tracker for source-bound independent acceptance and Kitchen/device handoff.

No functional browser claim: Android DEX, real C67 Shizuku, app-private cross-UID ingress, real Binder/PFD, native reader URL/page paint and C67 durable navigation remain NOT_RUN. Merge to main requires exact-head checks on this additive promotion and actual FP/AI-CI/authority verdict. Keep draft until qualified; do not treat the separate stacked #152/#153 branches as merged to main.
