SUN BACKLOG-PRUNE-01 — Cross-repository completion and issue retirement

Human instruction (2026-10-19): Prune completed jobs from GitHub issues, check and merge qualified PRs, and leave an accurate list of what is still hanging. Execute the cleanup, not merely an inventory.

Owner: isomorphisms/ai-ci, using the existing consolidation/issue ownership mechanisms. Authority: conservative, evidence-supported merge and issue-closure work is authorized; no separate confirmation for each straightforward operation. This is a bounded SUN execution job, not an additional tracker, scheduler, or competing PR judge.

Reuse: AI-CI #89 owns cross-repository integration and merge execution; AI-CI #238 owns current-head intent-based review; Cockswain #24 documents stale draft/CI metadata; Flexible Pipes #21 owns read-first inventory. Route each operation through these established contracts rather than reimplementing them.

1. Enumerate the real backlog

  • Cover all repositories actually accessible across the user's organizations/accounts (including isomorphisms, isomorphismes, dilapidated-shed, fuego-ironworks, blackball, walnut-burgundy, functorial-games and relevant other owners). Follow repository moves and canonical identities; include drafts, unmerged stacks, issues, SUN/EARTH/MOON children, STAR parents, and already-merged work.
  • Page/partition searches beyond the 100-result cap and record any access, rate-limit, query or pagination gaps. Do not call an incomplete search exhaustive.
  • Take a timestamped starting count of open issues, open PRs and stale/redundant jobs by repository. Deduplicate overlapping queues and distinguish original job from derivative acceptance tasks.
  • Read actual issue requirements and latest discussion before deciding completion; inspect the effective code/diff on the intended surviving target, linked PRs, tests, checks, source/artifact receipts and remaining dependent/physical acceptance obligations.

2. Decide and ACT, issue by issue

Classify each job and carry out the corresponding action:

  1. COMPLETED → CLOSE: All explicitly required outcomes actually exist and are accepted at the claimed scope. Confirm target branch and merged commit, required current evidence, and remaining obligations. Comment with the evidence, surviving implementation and exact closure reason; close issue as completed. Retain the issue and evidence history.
  2. SUPERSEDED / DUPLICATE → CLOSE WITH POINTER: Verify every unique requirement and implementation is preserved in a named surviving issue/PR/branch before closing as not planned or duplicate. Explain whether code was merged, cherry-picked, reimplemented or never needed. A closed PR is not proof of a merge.
  3. QUALIFIED UNMERGED PR → MERGE: Inspect current base SHA, head SHA, effective diff, review objections, actual current-head checks, source/compiler identity, dependent stacks and permissions. Resolve mechanical conflicts without changing intent. Merge to the established appropriate destination; update downstream bases; recheck the resulting tip and then reassess linked issues. Draft or stale “CI pending” prose does not alone prevent merging if the original hold is demonstrably obsolete. Conversely, an intentional draft, untested behavior, conflicting design or failed check is a real blocker.
  4. IMPLEMENTATION MERGED, ACCEPTANCE NOT COMPLETE → KEEP OPEN / NARROW: Distinguish source/host/CI/APK-built from signed/published/installed/interactive/physical A1/C67 evidence. If the SUN requires device acceptance, leave it open with precisely that remaining requirement. If source implementation is a separately complete SUN and a distinct existing acceptance issue owns the rest, close only the completed source SUN and link that acceptance owner. Do not spawn redundant tickets to make the counts look good.
  5. BLOCKED / DISTINCT WORK → KEEP: Record the smallest concrete unmet obligation and owner, not an inherited paragraph of stale blockers. Use UNKNOWN/NOT_RUN for inaccessible checks/devices. Preserve genuinely distinct experiments and mathematical/product decisions.
  6. STALE PARENT → RECONCILE: Update parent STAR/SUN progress and child links. Close the parent only if all required children and acceptance are complete or demonstrably superseded; creating child issues does not complete the parent.

No premature closure: Passing hosted tests, a source-only merge, a PR body saying “done,” or a green unrelated workflow cannot substitute for required acceptance. Preserve rejection/negative-control evidence; never reclassify an external-device gap as PASS.

3. Check and merge, not just list

  • Apply the standing merge authority from AI-CI ULTRA: repository-wide conservative consolidation #89 and the user's newer instruction to merge unless a concrete good reason prevents it. Re-fetch PR/base/CI immediately before the write. Respect branch protection, material objections, security/license issues and project-specific language/toolchain policy (especially ICK/Idriç vs generic compiler substitution).
  • No redundant Flexible Pipes .merge enrollment merely to execute a one-off already-qualified GitHub merge. If the actual implementation/build/delivery requires registered FP/Kitchen/ai-ci stages, do not fabricate or bypass those required execution/acceptance receipts.
  • Serialize writes that share a target branch. After each merge, recompute dependent diffs and reassess which issues are genuinely finished. Close superseded PRs only after checking that their unique work survived.
  • Do not force-push, weaken checks/protections, discard unique history, or delete a branch still consumed by another job. Branch deletion is optional, not the measure of success.
  • Use the actually connected GitHub identity; do not impersonate reviews or claim approvals that GitHub did not record.

4. Begin with concrete recent leads (refresh all states first)

  • isomorphisms/billiard issues #7–12 with merged PRs #14–19. Source portions may be complete; DEVICE issue #13 / PR #20 require separate inspection.
  • isomorphisms/chladni REUSE issue #3 / merged PR #7. Keep FREE/BRIDGE/VIEW separate unless proved complete.
  • isomorphisms/ib merged PR #158: source slice landed; real URL→native reader and physical C67 evidence did not automatically pass. Reconcile IB #151 and FP #142 accurately.
  • isomorphismes/flower merged PR #5, #7, and open #6: distinguish integrated source from Net/geometry/device qualification.
  • fuego-ironworks/gym merged PR #67: 40 BB-PYTHIA job descriptions were authored, not executed.
  • Sweep Mock Theta, Subpixel, FastChat, WebView/Exporter, ICK benchmark, Programmers Keyboard, Seifert/Mostow, Fragment/Shader, and the build-system SUN campaigns rather than treating the above sample as exhaustive.

5. Required output and completion gate

Keep a compact machine-readable action ledger in an existing suitable owner location. For each decision record repo / issue / PR / outcome / remaining owner / exact source+base SHA / actual merge SHA or closure event / test and receipt URLs / timestamp as applicable. If mutation fails, record failure rather than claiming success.

Return to the user:

  • Before → after counts of open SUN/EARTH/MOON issues and open PRs over the same enumerated scope; count issues and PRs separately and explain incomplete coverage.
  • Actually merged PRs (destination and commit), actually closed completed or duplicate issues (and why), and progress for parent STARs.
  • What is still hanging: only surviving substantive jobs, smallest blockers, exact links, and explicit physical/host distinctions; a concise top-priority group first.
  • Any material blocker or inaccessible repository, without claiming “everything cleaned” if coverage was partial.

Pass: demonstrably smaller, truthful outstanding queue with straightforward safe merges and closures actually performed. Fail: another giant list, indiscriminate mass closure, or using merged code as false device acceptance.

Execution status (2026-10-19): EXECUTED CLEANUP PASS / PARTIAL QUALIFICATION COVERAGE. Action ledger and remaining obligations: 5 verified merges, 12 verified issue closures, and same-scope counts across 427 accessible repositories. Enumeration is complete within the connected scope; detailed qualification review of the surviving backlog remains incomplete, so this issue stays open. No physical-device success is inferred.

    BACKLOG-PRUNE-01 execution receipt — 2026-10-19

Performed 5 normal merges and 12 issue closures: 10 completed source SUNs, 1 completed keyboard recovery/planning STAR, and 1 duplicate STAR. Actual merge and closure states were re-fetched; merge destinations were verified. Two mechanical documentation repairs preserved newer main content. No branches were deleted, protections weakened, or physical results inferred.

Inventory scope: 427 unique accessible repositories across 14 owners, including drafts. Initial rolling inventory began 2026-10-19T16:34:28.694Z; final issue inventory completed 2026-10-19T17:05:26.065Z and PR reconciliation completed 2026-10-19T17:07:37.782Z. Counts use the same repository manifest, separate issue/PR queries, all result pages, and exclusive title prefixes SUN/EARTH/MOON/STAR. These are rolling observations, not an atomic account snapshot.

    Open item Before After
    SUN 140 140
    EARTH 29 29
    MOON 17 17
    STAR 22 20
    All issues 1285 1283
    PRs 303 299

Ten new SUN issues appeared concurrently, offsetting the ten SUN closures. A new draft PR also appeared, offsetting one of the five merges. The ledger does not credit those concurrent creations to this cleanup.

    Actually merged, all to main:

Actually closed: chladni #3 (rectangle reuse); billiard #8–12 (bounded source mathematics); Flexible Pipes #121/#122/#124/#135 (separately complete Flower source jobs); programmers-keyboard #19 (completed recovery/planning) and #20 (duplicate of #19). Source closure comments identify surviving physical/implementation owners. Keyboard source checks passed at the actual merge; its subsequent documentation/render check passed. Coxeter's exact-head eight-test suite and actual post-merge run passed. Seifert/Blackball effective diffs are documentation only; no executable test result was invented.

Parent progress reconciled in existing locations: billiard #2 retains #7/#13; chladni #2 retains #4–6; Flexible Pipes #144 retains #123/#125/#136. Keyboard child implementation jobs #21–44 and owner decisions #45–47 remain open. Planning completion is not child implementation completion.

    Highest-priority surviving obligations:

Coverage: repository and open-item enumeration is complete within the connected scope; PR metadata was read for all 303 starting candidates and the one concurrent addition. Detailed effective-diff and acceptance review was selective, not complete for all 304 candidates or 1,285 issues. Unreviewed work is UNKNOWN, not declared blocked or qualified. This issue remains open for that continuation. No persistent access gap remains in the inventory; one transient search-rate rejection was retried, capped searches were partitioned/paginated, and one metadata transport error was retried successfully. gh, ithon and catfood were absent on this execution target; no replacement implementation or installation was performed.

Machine-readable action ledger (JSON Lines; source/base/merge and closure timestamps retained):

SUN BACKLOG-REPAIR-02 — Finish the post-sweep PR integration

Human request: “Sun job to fix pls” (2026-10-19), following a GitHub merge sweep that left conflicts, failing checks, unmerged stacks and many drafts. Tier: SUN. Disposition: execution assignment; not an audit-only report.

Canonical owner: isomorphisms/ai-ci issue #293 (BACKLOG-PRUNE-01). Reuse: ai-ci #89 for actual cross-repository consolidation and merging, ai-ci #238 for intent/current-head review, Flexible Pipes #21 for read-first reconciliation, and Cockswain #24 for stale draft/CI repair. Use maintained Kitchen/pinned Ike and independent ai-ci checks for producer/build work that really requires them. Do not enroll ordinary qualified GitHub merges in a redundant FP .merge route. This is a focused continuation of #293, not a new competing queue.

Starting observations — refresh before action

On 2026-10-19, a six-owner query (isomorphisms, isomorphismes, dilapidated-shed, fuego-ironworks, walnut-burgundy, functorial-games) returned 25 open non-draft PRs and at least 177 draft PRs; isomorphisms drafts hit the 100-result limit. Those are not account-wide counts. The earlier #293 ledger enumerated 427 accessible repositories over 14 owners; re-enumerate actual access and paginate fully. A subsequent merge sweep reported 27 additional merged PRs, but verify the actual GitHub merge commits and resulting target trees, not the assistant's tally. More work may have changed concurrently.

For every active PR/branch, record canonical repository ID/path, target branch and SHA, head SHA, effective diff, duplicate/descendant relationships, reviews/objections, current-head workflow runs, independent receipts, relevant issues, and the exact remaining gate. Include branch-only work, unmerged stacks, closed-unmerged PRs needed for historical comparison, and moved repositories. Inaccessible parts stay UNKNOWN, not zero.

Execute the repair and integration — not just a list

    1. Resolve known concrete conflicts.
    2. Unwind stacked branches in dependency order. Recompare Seifert #2 and #5 against main after Add fail-closed acceptance contract gate #1; land compositional ICK C and Idriç readouts without overwriting either. Inspect Wegert #72 against the already merged Require Triple-T in F-Droid release policy #73 and close as subsumed only after checking unique content; do not infer F-Droid or physical A1/C67 publication acceptance. Check IB #132, Resolution #1, ai-ci #288, and Kitchen #68 against their real parent branches/successors, not branch names alone.
    3. Repair failing checks and missing producers. Investigate the actual current-head logs of Cat Food #116, #124, #129, #138, and #140, including follower-reconciliation failure; do not pretend green unrelated jobs clear a failing gate. Make Termux color-script guardrail explicit #124 explicitly requires the configured MicroPython fork. Inspect Kitchen #50, Crawlspace #7, Hatcher #5, and idric-arm-thumb #112 for conflicts, missing checks or action-required states. Requalify rather than weakening protections.
    4. Complete real acceptance where work remains untested. idric-cli #10 and #11 are not cleared by synthetic fixtures or registration alone. Execute the maintained installed-command/provider fixtures and independent tests if available; keep provider/network and physical-device claims separate. Reconcile FP #49 and other Android producer dependencies with genuinely accepted main revisions. If physical A1/C67 access is missing, retain the precise device blocker rather than recording PASS.
    5. Investigate refusals and prematurely integrated work. android-NDK #20 was refused by a safety check during the prior sweep; determine the supported authorized path and record the refusal if unresolved. Do not bypass a safety refusal with alternate credentials, tooling or rewritten operations. Shader backend #68 was subsequently merged even though the SUN BACKLOG-PRUNE-01 — Merge qualified work and retire completed SUN issues #293 ledger had flagged checked-Ithon migration debt from expanded Python checker/mock code. Review the actual merged changes against the current policy; repair any real breach with a normal tested follow-up rather than retroactively claiming it had been accepted. Recheck any other suspect earlier merge similarly; do not automatically revert valid work.

    Merge and retirement rules

    • The user's standing instruction is merge unless a concrete good reason prevents it. A stale draft bit or old “CI pending” sentence is not by itself a good reason; an active design hold, incomplete acceptance, failed check, conflict, missing required source or explicit instruction is.
    • Review actual prospective diff, source/compiler/toolchain identity, negative controls and exact-head tests. When fixing conflicts, retain unique work and semantic contracts. Serialize writes sharing one target; immediately re-fetch head/base/CI and use SHA-guarded merges. Recheck target and dependent diffs after each merge.
    • Merge to the correct established integration branch, not necessarily main. Do not force-push protected branches, delete live stack branches, disable checks, fabricate approvals/receipts, or silently switch ICK/Idriç implementation to stock compilers.
    • Close duplicate/superseded PRs and completed issues only with a precise pointer to surviving code and evidence. A closed-but-unmerged PR is not a merge. Keep release, signed APK, installed interactive, physical A1/C67, and externally authorized provider obligations open when only source/host CI has passed.
    • Use the existing SUN BACKLOG-PRUNE-01 — Merge qualified work and retire completed SUN issues #293 action ledger; do not create a new status service, broad scheduler, or one new ticket per PR.

    Required human-visible result

    1. Actual actions: direct links to every new merged PR, target and merge SHA; conflicts resolved and tested; PRs/issues closed as incorporated, with proof; rejected/blocked actions with exact reasons. Distinguish work performed in this continuation from the preceding 27-merge sweep.
    2. Truthful counts: before/after open PRs (draft/non-draft), active branches and relevant SUN/EARTH/MOON issues across the same fully enumerated scope, with date/time and pagination/access gaps.
    3. Residual blockers: for each remaining non-draft PR and each active stack, the smallest technical or acceptance blocker and owner. Prioritize fixing stranded mergeable work, not writing another inventory. Include an account of any required physical tests still NOT_RUN.
    4. Acceptance: no avoidable already-qualified PR left stranded; all mechanically repairable conflicts either integrated or explained by a concrete test failure; all merge/closure claims trace to GitHub state; no safety or independent acceptance bypass.

State at filing: AUTHORING_ONLY; NOT_DISPATCHED; NOT_COMPLETED; NO NEW MERGES OR AICI ACCEPTANCE CLAIMED BY THIS JOB TEXT. The human must receive the complete SUN text; a link alone is not delivery.

    BACKLOG-REPAIR-02 execution checkpoint — 2026-10-19T21:41:08.020Z

Four new, destination-verified normal merges in this continuation; none are credited from the preceding reported sweep. No issue closures, branch deletion, release, or physical-device acceptance is claimed.

Rough framebuffer: retained coverage/depth and dot fixtures; fixed offscreen cubic phase loss and the triangle test's stock-compiler leak. Pinned ICK native tests and both production mutants passed. Regina: retained both signature decoding and relative/boundary homology; exact-head safe Agda aggregate passed. Resolution: reconciled source indices without overwriting the later Madore atlas; current-head render acceptance passed. Seifert compositional C: rebased by a normal two-parent merge, retired its obsolete unused Python adapter, retargeted the actual successor to main; all 343 reference states and both signed APK build jobs passed. A1/C67 interaction and replacement installation remain NOT_RUN here.

Starting connected enumeration: 426 unique repository IDs across 13 owners, all six repository pages including the empty terminal page; 275 open PRs (30 non-draft, 245 draft), all three result pages; exclusive title-prefix counts SUN=139, EARTH=29, MOON=17 after paginating the SUN result. Initial issue searches met a secondary search-rate refusal; smaller tier queries were subsequently successful. Prior 427-repository/14-owner scope is not assumed identical: the difference remains unreconciled, not zero. Fully paginated branch collection now observed 15,858 refs, 15,451 non-default; these include large upstream branch populations, so they are NOT a count of active user work. Active branch-only classification is incomplete. This rolling branch collection followed the first source merges; no branch refs were created or deleted by this continuation.

Still executing: Seifert readout sibling conflict repair; refreshed Kitchen #65→#68 and AICI #247→#288 stacks. Cat Food current-head failures are real: #129/#138/#140 lack matching leader/follower records, while #116/#124 fail on stale unresolved obligations. Kitchen #50 transfer gate failed retrieving expired Grease artifact 11419782646 (HTTP 410). Crawlspace #7 and idric-arm-thumb #112 report action_required; no workflow-approval write exists in this connector and authenticated gh is absent. Hatcher #5 has no runs and a conflict. Wegert #72 has unique paired NativeActivity producer files absent from merged #73; it must not be closed as subsumed. Shader #68's merged diff really expands first-party Python checker/mock code, contrary to the claim that it was unchanged debt; no retroactive acceptance is recorded. The prior android-NDK #20 safety refusal remains unresolved and has not been retried through another route.

Human scope correction (2026-10-19): Review every OPEN pull request, draft and non-draft alike, in one work queue. Draft is a GitHub flag, not a reason to leave code unexamined or defer integration. Do not finish the non-draft queue and treat the drafts as a separate permanent waiting room, or vice versa.

For every PR inspect its effective current-head/base diff, stack and surviving target, required checks/independent receipts, and the smallest actual blocker. If scoped work is qualified, mark a draft ready as appropriate and merge under existing #89/#293 authority. If a distinct device/release obligation remains, preserve it with its own owner rather than automatically holding an otherwise-qualified source-only integration. Conversely, a real failing check, conflict, dependency or explicit design hold must be repaired, not ignored.

Spot checks illustrating BOTH sides, not yet full acceptance:

Use the same existing ledger and publish before/after numbers split draft/non-draft over a consistent enumerated scope, together with actual merges and blockers. Do not create another inventory-only PR or redundant tracking issue.

Both Seifert siblings are integrated in dependency order. The readout head independently built Idriç 94dfd99bd3e376507fedc8611053b7173b2519f0 and executed all 17 actual host readout groups in https://github.com/isomorphismes/seifert/actions/runs/39331691735 . Physical Android/HUD acceptance is not inferred.

All five named Cat Food candidates now include accepted main. Their exact-source pending jobs and one-for-one, same-target/same-kind supersession have been generated using the maintained commands; no pending target was accepted. Each follower verifier is being requalified through pinned native ICK instead of inherited stock cc. The SDF candidate still has three concrete legacy fixture failures against current target identity rules and adds Python migration debt; it remains unmerged.

The ai-ci #247 parent and Kitchen #65 → #68 stack are integrated. ai-ci #288 is now compared with main; current inventory drift from concurrent source integration is being reconciled deliberately, without weakening unknown-source checks. Kitchen #50 has actual exact-producer FP→Kitchen→AICI evidence in run https://github.com/isomorphisms/subriemannian/actions/runs/39292479205 (artifact 12206503500, ZIP SHA-256 4caec67836c79d9474aadf9e3477e81056ed3f8a2806fc09b7a4cde5e27478b4); current-head Kitchen checks are running.

Merged shader #68 really expanded six owned Python checker/mock files. Tested follow-up fuego-ironworks/idris-shader-backend #73, “Run the expanded Surfer checker through checked Ithon” replaces the Surfer command with checked Ithon, retains all original shader assertions, and explicitly leaves five files as migration debt. Hosted backend qualification remains in progress; Android package filenames were reconciled with the accepted coordinate-pairing tree. No retroactive acceptance is asserted.

Scope refresh: 426 accessible repository IDs over 13 owners, fully paginated with an empty terminal page. Branch enumeration 2026-10-19T22:20:13Z–22:21:11Z found 15,859 refs, 15,452 non-default, zero branch-page access gaps. These include large upstream branch populations and are not an active-work count. Active branch-only and closed-unmerged classification remains incomplete/UNKNOWN. The prior 427/14 scope discrepancy remains unresolved. Latest rolling PR snapshot: 252 open = 24 non-draft + 228 draft; concurrent merges are not credited to this continuation. Current exclusive-prefix issue counts: SUN 138, EARTH 29, MOON 17 (initial 139/29/17). No task-completion or account-wide count is claimed.

    Execution continues; #293 stays open.

Fresh destination tips were fetched and ancestry rechecked at the snapshot:

    • ai-ci: b7b631642c16cc339b93702bcd6976cb003d5593.
    • kitchen: 1268229b5eef24010d54729e0f79f71cf3a6eb19.
    • flexible-pipes: e9698734a273e8cb206c043bd981a0bb03e1b3e8.

Post-merge Actions still have queued work: ai-ci 1 success/20 queued, kitchen 3 success/3 queued, flexible-pipes 1 success/2 queued. These are not all-green destination claims. The qualified merge decisions used the scoped exact candidate/source evidence above; pending or historical results are not promoted to PASS.

Three additional repairs are published on their existing branches and remain WAIT:

The Holomorphic merge exposed a missed inventory entry; fresh hosted discovery also found three new sources from other work. All four source roles were inspected and explicitly classified. The unchanged inventory checker passes against the actual discovery artifact from run 39334302215: 158 paths across 112 repositories, zero untracked, zero stale. Its ZIP SHA-256 is 054064f139cc7757a1d571908feeb063f8e206e92ed8595d45fc9f4db9aee975. Existing adversarial inventory controls pass. The same deliberate two-file correction is on all three repaired branches; it has not yet landed on main. Holomorphic's original Idriç attempt remains review-only, not falsely compiler-accepted.

Principal surviving blockers, not a claim of exhaustive qualification:

Concurrent merges were verified but are not counted as this pass's actions: isomorphisms/ai-ci PR #247, “BC-A02-S01: execute bounded semantic oracle meta-corpus”, isomorphisms/ai-ci PR #254, “Independently accept subpixel whole paths, glyphs and ICK/Ike receipts”, isomorphisms/kitchen PR #68, “Record every required stage and preserve the first failing attempt” and isomorphisms/kitchen PR #50, “Build reproducible Idriç sub-Riemannian artifacts”. Their four merges plus the new PR reconcile the before/after counts.

No protections or acceptance predicates were weakened, no history was force-pushed, and no phone/tablet, deployment or live-delivery success is inferred. Existing broader jobs stay open where their original acceptance is unfinished.

SUN CI-REPAIR-01 — Fix failing PR tests first, then integrate

Human direction: 2026-10-19, “All right let's go through ones with failing tests first make a sun job please.” This is a SUN execution assignment, not an audit-only list, and applies to draft AND non-draft open PRs. It refines, rather than duplicates, existing AI-CI #293 / #89 merge and cleanup authority, #238 current-head intent review, and #171 independent acceptance. Reuse Cockswain #24 and Flexible Pipes #21 for stale CI/draft metadata and existing discovery.

Objective: Find the actual currently failing required workflow/check on every accessible open PR, reproduce its first causative failure, repair source or its real dependency on the existing branch/surviving stack, run exact-head tests and independent AICI acceptance, and merge qualified work to its intended branch. Prioritize real red checks over green-but-unmerged and inventory work. Avoid spreading one root cause into five new planning PRs. Plain justified GitHub merges do not require artificial FP '.merge' dispatch; implementation/build/delivery work that actually requires FP → maintained Kitchen/pinned Ike → independent AI-CI follows that path. Cat Food owns applicable artifact/APK delivery.

Initial observed failing examples (refresh live heads before any action)

    1. isomorphisms/ib #48, DRAFT, head 631052fbeccd183c4fd409428180b3eab824c481. Run 37467786489: IB browser foundation / idric-core FAIL, at “Exercise canonical information model.” The compiler command redirects output into /tmp; the retrieved log ends with exit 1 but does not expose a proven compile-versus-assertion root cause. Make failure logs visible without masking exit status; reproduce with exact pinned Idriç, fix the true source/runner failure, verify canonical smoke, serialization, nonempty references, revision ordering, and entire foundation gate. Keep extractor/Longview/Pensieve obligations distinct.
    2. Cat Food follower reconciliation: #116, head 4b45be744fcf784614dfa7df22c273a750c8b179, run 39339006053 FAIL; #124, head 817a7ed3d5bcf22c8cfeae0f9a43bcc9e9bf392d, run 39337789743 FAIL. Both fail “Reconcile the current source trigger,” although other workflows are green. Important current successor: #129, head a2c916500c22ca798adc4d4a271c9076917cd7cb, combines Require durable repository notes for substantive design work #116, Make Termux color-script guardrail explicit #124, Fix AGENTS Markdown paragraph break #129, Harden workflow integrity YAML scoping #138, Make merge evidence and completion fail closed #140 in a surviving integration branch, retaining their parent heads and declared gaps. At inspection its follower-reconciliation run 39340746247 is IN_PROGRESS, not passed/failed. Fix at the surviving combined stack if unique content and required source identity are preserved, test the real matching leader/follower records and rejection of stale/missing ones, then merge; only afterward retire incorporated siblings with destination-ancestry proof. Preserve SDF/NetBSD, MicroPython fork, A1/C67 package and provider gaps as NOT_RUN where appropriate; do not forge a missing package/receipt or promote another workflow's green.
    3. isomorphisms/flexible-pipes #52, NON-DRAFT, head 68c53d0daa64ec998701060abaaf225752ea1e93. Run 39270645127: “Modified Icky Lua runtime” FAIL at explicit compatible C++-free Grease prerequisite; runtime job SKIPPED. This is a real fail-closed dependency, not proof of a Lua semantic failure. Qualify and deliver actual compatible Linux x86_64 Grease executable and closure through existing Grease/Kitchen/Cat Food owners, then rerun real pinned ICK + modified Lua interpreter/embedded binary, source-byte and linker-map checks, UTF-8/negative controls, and consumer tests. Never change status fields, allow failure, use the old C++ launcher, or substitute generic Lua to make green.
    4. Action-required is NOT the same as a failing test. isomorphisms/isomorphisms #52, head fafed1ed152e031ea394466c2116b47760b11f6d, software index run 39335830372 is ACTION_REQUIRED. Crawlspace #7 similarly has ACTION_REQUIRED, not a proven test failure. Diagnose permission/approval/workflow state separately and seek supported authorization; do not bypass an approval or safety refusal. Confirm whether any red test exists before placing these in the failure queue.
    5. Refresh prior examples before assigning work. Kitchen Future Blackball ablation harness: compare masked repository subsets #50, Hatcher Add executable build-script preflight regressions #5, Shader backend Require Triple-T in F-Droid release policy #73, Seifert Add executable build-script preflight regressions #5 and AI-CI Register defect specimens and complete scoped sibling obligations #288 were already CLOSED at this inspection; do not repeat old repair packets without detecting a real current regression. Other failures must be discovered from present GitHub state, not presumed from these examples.

    Execution procedure

    A. Discover-and-act, not inventory-and-stop. Re-enumerate accessible owners and repos, paginate all open PRs beyond 100, including drafts, branch-to-branch requests and stacks; deduplicate moved canonical repositories. Pull head/base SHAs, diff, required checks and actual GitHub Actions job/step logs for each. Classify each required check as FAILED / TIMED_OUT / CANCELLED / ACTION_REQUIRED / IN_PROGRESS / SKIPPED / MISSING / PASS at the exact current head. Separate first-cause failures from skipped dependents, obsolete failures and deliberately blocked prerequisites. Begin the first repair immediately; keep scanning other repos while independent repair work proceeds. Record incomplete coverage instead of claiming all 299 or all 427 still match earlier counts.

    B. Failure-first priority:

    • P0 reproducible current-head compiler/parser/test/oracle errors, independent-AICI failures, exact-source mismatches and deterministic regression failures; then real failing cross-repo integration/leader-follower gates and merge conflicts preventing required tests.
    • P1 missing eligible producer/executable/dependency (including C++-free Grease), expired artifact, not-installed runtime or unavailable action, with an executable owner and exact unblock task; classify blocked or not-run honestly instead of asserting a semantic test failure.
    • P2 ACTION_REQUIRED/permissions and missing/skipped/pending workflows; preserve security and manual-run policies. Separately merge an already-qualified easy PR when safe; this ordering is a work priority, not a global freeze on merging.

    C. Repair the root cause in place. Reproduce current-head failure with exact toolchain/pins and source identities. Capture the failing command, meaningful stderr, expected/actual behavior, and a negative or known-bad control that fails for the right reason. Change production code, its valid test, or prerequisite as evidence dictates. A test cannot be deleted, skipped, weakened, reclassified as expected, or greenwashed. If a check is genuinely stale/incorrect, demonstrate that with the intended contract and add a replacement that catches the original defect. Keep ICK-only compiler contracts, Idriç/Ithon/IDK distinctions, native ABI, signer and delivery identity intact. Preserve independent math/GPU oracles; success on emulator or host does not claim a physical PowerVR device.

    D. Validate and integrate. Run focused tests, entire relevant current-head gate, independent AI-CI acceptance and negative controls, then inspect effective diff, reviews and target/stack. For qualified PRs use standing merge authority in #89/#293: mark draft ready when appropriate; re-fetch SHA/checks/objections immediately before SHA-guarded merge into the correct existing target, not always main. Serialize writes sharing a base and rerun affected post-merge checks. Close superseded PRs only after unique changes are proven present in the destination; retain release/device gates with their own existing owners. Do not force-push away distinct work, bypass safety/branch protections, or classify accepted host code as installed phone code.

    Deliverable / pass condition

Keep one timestamped execution/action ledger under existing AI-CI #293, with repo/PR/draft flag, exact head and base SHA, failing workflow+run/job ID, extracted first causative failure, repair SHA and test/negative-control receipt, independent acceptance, intended target, actual merge SHA or precise unresolved blocker. Report before → after across a consistent scope, split draft / non-draft and failed / blocked / action-required / passed, plus merged PRs and closed duplicates separately. Show actual code repairs and merges before listing residual work.

PASS means repeatable failing checks are repaired with evidence and eligible changes actually integrated; true unsatisfied prerequisites remain red/blocked with an actionable owner. FAIL means another inventory, hiding red workflows, synthetic green receipts, or marking draft/closed/host-only as accepted without proof.

State when filed: AUTHORING_ONLY; NOT_DISPATCHED; NOT_COMPLETED. This assignment/comment itself is not a test run, merge or AI-CI acceptance.

Conflict repairs preserve the independent framebuffer phase/blending/depth work, Regina decoder/homology modules, Seifert C and Idriç layers, Kitchen handoff stages, and documentation unions. Exact current-head tests and refusal controls are linked from the affected PRs/checks. ai-ci #302 repairs real ambient-cc compiler bypasses in the Android artifact gates and passed 27 exact-head runs, including native ICK signer corpus 9/9. Shader #73 replaces the first of six expanded Python checker/mock programs with checked Ithon; five remain migration debt and the earlier #68 is not retroactively accepted.

    Active repairs, not accepted results:

Scope evidence: 426 accessible canonical repository IDs across 13 owners, six repository pages (100/100/100/100/26/0). Baseline 2026-10-19T21:24:41.469Z: 275 open PRs = 30 non-draft +245 draft. Latest complete three-page PR checkpoint 2026-10-19T23:47:10.557Z: 220 =18 non-draft +202 draft, before the Net #13 merge above. Concurrent work contributes to that change; it is not credited to these 20 actions. The prior 427/14-owner scope discrepancy is UNKNOWN. Baseline 15,858 branch refs (15,451 non-default), later 15,859; those are ref counts, not a claim that all are active. Branch-only and historical closed-unmerged classification remains incomplete; no account-wide completion claim.

Physical A1/C67, installed interactive, external publication and signed release acceptance remain NOT_RUN wherever not independently evidenced. This checkpoint keeps #293 open. It reuses #89/#238, Flexible Pipes #21 and Coxswain #24; no competing queue, scheduler, protection change, forced push or fabricated receipt was introduced.

Current-head publication repair: Git transport and branch refs showed the first explicit-ENV CLI repairs while PR heads and workflow lists remained at their predecessors. A normal contents commit synchronized both PRs, without force/replacement or a second PR. Actual current candidates are idric-cli #10 — Add Idriç Amazon.jobs CLI with fail-closed organizational census, 2c5ff1c7ec99653a0ef2237ec5acfd0c5b35740c (run 39345776319), and #11 — Add typed NHTSA vPIC VIN decoder using ICU, 1d075dd28125a8fd0ad7e6328f066ae480cf30ed (run 39345780098). Both remain pending real installed/provider qualification. The earlier runs passed ICK but failed on implicit PWD; this is retained in source accounts. Wegert #72 — SUN 2: build separate A1/C67 ICK-hybrid Wegert APKs without Gradle has the same explicit-ENV repair at a30c09687186c29a112fbef92c6c662b5082352e; its real registered Android operation remains a current-head gate.

isomorphisms/ai-ci PR #251, “Verify actual Android framebuffer screenshot change with independent image oracle” b763257d342b7127370ac06ff218002ea7d5ff40 b26cb7fa6dcda22bdba5251fb941cc3c21a5fd52; tree da902056273e8dee912df105846e40dfb91b6836 Current-head test; MERGED: independent host RGB24 verifier; no actual app gesture/device claim
isomorphisms/ai-ci PR #283, “Verify blocked IB-U8-E1 reader handoffs” 67e9573d436b6cdb02494e89e6ea85651eef54b2 46cc33efd933494ff0027066333b9132d4237986; tree e3c265f148c2e6bf41131d373cadfcec12cae089 Current-head test; MERGED: 12 rejecting/positive host controls; actual reader handoff remains BLOCKED

The IB merge preserves current native-Arena/reader work; its prospective tree was computed against live main and matches the actual merge tree. The screenshot oracle passed all 15 PR workflows; optional duplicate push jobs were recorded separately rather than called passed at merge. Its actual post-merge 22 checks later passed. The pending-reader verifier passed all 16 PR workflows and all 44 available exact-head checks. Its actual first parent advanced concurrently through the syllabus verifier merge; the 3-file syllabus-only delta was inspected, and the actual merged reader delta remains the exact 10 reviewed files. Reader post-merge shared checks were still queued/running at this checkpoint. IB has no eligible push check on the merge commit; the completed exact-head 3 checks and merge tree are its evidence.

    Implemented repairs and negative controls:

    • Canonical IB: reproduced Text → built-in text-type lowering with exact Idriç 7050c116326c9c8e8d0a56c2db7baf2119cbae19; renamed the constructor to TextBlock and imported Data.Text for unlines. Kept construction, six blocks, two cells, nonempty references, heading limits, revision zero/order and serialization assertions. An empty-reference-admitting mutant reports empty-image-refused=False. Full hosted foundation, independent AICI ingestion, browser core and workbench passed. Compiler was built on this Ubuntu x86_64 host; reused Prelude/base/support sources were confirmed identical between the bootstrap and selected revision. This is not a fresh-host compiler bundle claim.
    • Source reflow: explicit Maybe candidate type, structurally bounded greedy descent that refuses exhausted candidates, and parser-compatible smoke applications. Existing Unicode/source reconstruction and all modes remain tested. Full local information/reflow gate and all 3 hosted PR workflows pass. A zero-budget mutant fails the source-offset suite. No streaming/typographic fallback was introduced.
    • Three AI-CI inventories: reproduced exactly two missing paths against authentic discovery artifact SHA-256 e06df431db9820f83e9cca2b2d7ca3202ec7c17d6734d57c7417a329c0a7b3fd from run 39336627221. The unchanged checker rejects the old inventory and accepts all 160 discovered paths; adversarial self-test passes. Normal merges preserve newer main's owner classifications and all candidate histories. No checker was relaxed. The reconciled inventory now has no effective delta from canonical main, so a path-filtered inventory workflow is not relabeled as an executed new-head pass.
    • ICK material candidate: the actual Wegert no-op check failed because the first compiler invocation discovered dependencies absent from the precompile guard. The repair retains complete material, manifest, assembly and object-byte verification, while avoiding a new invalidation timestamp for an already valid complete receipt. Added a first-build/no-depfile guard-stability regression. This candidate is pending hosted execution, not counted as a verified semantic fix.

Parent isomorphisms/ib PR #157, “Implement selectable reflow algorithms, streaming and incremental reuse” (isomorphisms/ib#157), retains native-reader, pixel/font and physical-device acceptance; no promotion to main.

Semantic qualification of the complete 272-document planning packet remains incomplete. Authored jobs are not executed jobs.

Rolling cohort counts: 426 accessible repositories were paged (100/100/100/100/26, then empty) across 13 owners. Open-PR searches were partitioned below the cap and included drafts; every one of the 219 starting PRs had metadata and current-head PR workflow runs collected, and the same cohort was reread. Final cohort: 219 → 208 open PRs; drafts 201 → 195; non-drafts 18 → 13. Eight closures/merges were concurrent work, not credited to this pass; five Cat Food PRs were incorporated by one integration merge. New PRs outside the starting cohort are excluded. No collection errors remained. These are rolling observations, not an atomic whole-account snapshot.

Scope reconciliation: recovered the exact prior 427-row manifest and identified the omitted repository as public archived dwiel/talon_community, canonical repository ID 146962430. Direct repository/branch/complete two-page PR-history reads succeed even though list_repositories (including owner=dwiel) returns no row. It has ten branch refs and three open non-draft PRs; all 106 PR records were read, latest update 2022-06-16. Repository last update 2025-12-06 and last push 2020-05-27 predate this continuation. Normal merging is blocked by archival and admin=false; owner dwiel is the gate. No unarchive or merge is attempted.

The recovered manifest exactly matches the 426 listed repositories plus this one: scope is again 427 repositories over14owners. Before/after comparison must explicitly distinguish the directly observed 426-repository baseline (275 PRs,30non-draft/245draft;15,858refs) from the retrospectively recovered archived component (+3non-draft PRs,+10refs). No invisible owner/repository is treated as zero.

Prior-sweep verification: the redacted narrative count 27 is not a complete identity ledger. The actual GitHub history has 28 merged PR records from 17:14:07Z through17:20:23Z on 19 October. All28 actual merge commit/tree objects and their continued ancestry in the intended current targets were re-read. These historical records are stored separately from this continuation; temporal membership is not claimed as actor attribution.

Current-source policy review of those actual deltas found further owned-Python changes, including Resolution's new native-output verifier and framebuffer's expanded raster tests. Resolution's current native build also retains an ambient-cc fallback. I am preparing normal checked-Ithon/explicit-ICK follow-ups, preserving all renderer assertions; no automatic revert or retrospective acceptance is claimed. Gym66's new experiment helpers, Young Tableaux19's changed test tools and Pauli24's generator also need role/capability reconciliation. Shader68's remaining mock interpreter has actual typed-decorator, variadic-tuple and instance-field assignment refusals, not a fabricated Python escape. The framebuffer follow-up also corrects the expanded Python fixture file retained during this continuation's #14 repair.

BACKLOG-REPAIR-02 checkpoint, 2026-10-20 01:09 UTC: 25 direct merge operations now verified (29 PRs integrated including the four Cat Food sibling PRs incorporated by ancestry), separate from the preceding reported sweep. Added merges: dilapidated-shed/ithon #15, “Check NumPy boundaries and qualify native Ithon through ICK” → main 74ab6d6044b07b76a910978437a34a6b5ac6acda (actual ICK native interpreter construction and 53 native tests; 46 required host tests), and isomorphisms/ai-ci #257, “Verify complete delivered package material without producer repair” → main 07b5752 (fresh actual prospective-tree Grease positive + 12 refusals; actual merged tree equal; retained independent ICKY consumer evidence).

New policy repairs awaiting actual current-head qualification: Rough framebuffer #19, “Check every inherited raster fixture through Ithon”, Resolution #4, “Qualify native comparison renders through ICK, Ike and Ithon”, Young Tableaux #22, “Check the real JDT visual oracle through Ithon”. Preserve complete inherited fixture sets and actual source mutants; frontend admission/refusal is not positive producer acceptance. Their real Ithon receipt configuration was corrected before any PASS claim.

CLI current-head logs exposed a genuine hidden-root compiler-prefix failure, not provider acceptance. Both branches retain the exact failed runs and restore the established Idriç bootstrap environment without a compiler or support-file substitution. Installed commands, independent stages and provider requests are still pending. Wegert's real registered producer reached its unchanged launcher mode check; the unchanged maintained mode-100644 Python executor is now invoked through its declared interpreter. FP #49 remains unmerged until the real positive route qualifies. Physical A1/C67 tests remain NOT_RUN. No replay of the refused android-NDK #20 path.

Every new merge above was SHA-guarded and checked against actual parents/resulting tree. The exact-scalar merge preserves the newer native polar compiler main changes; embedded and spherical-walker controls match their frozen actual main source. Bounded source/host acceptance is not physical acceptance.

Remaining active repairs: normal merge reconciliation of ICK framed/layout, resampling and numerical stack preserves unique work; exact-head inherited native/runtime/Idriç/oracle and mutant runs now executing. VIN compiler bootstrap/prefix repair reached real source-pin enforcement; the wrapper's untracked top-level links are repaired using the same maintained hidden-root entrypoint, fresh run executing. Amazon.jobs actual installed-command/offline stages pass but live census refuses changing provider hit counts; subsequent stages NOT_RUN. Young Tableaux typed-Ithon/native positive/four mutants and owned Idriç13 rules pass, but APK producer still fails expired Grease artifact and AArch64 NDK27 assembler mismatch. No unrelated green clears these failures.

Scope refresh: all427 explicit repositories,14owners; accessible-list provider still426 plus directly read archived dwiel/talon_community. Fully paginated all-state PR read01:59:03–01:59:19UTC:2279history records,206open=15non-draft+191draft, no final read gaps (predates the last two native merges). Retirement correction to the earlier checkpoint: ai-ci issue171 was found closed at22:07:20 immediately after our valid bounded PR247 integration; its body contained a conditional closing-keyword phrase. Broader audit/campaign obligations are not satisfied. Issue171 has now been reopened and the merged PR body corrected, with the original phrase and exact scope retained in issue171's new comment. No issue is being retired as complete by this continuation. The source merge remains valid; this correction prevents a bounded source pass from closing broader acceptance.

    BACKLOG-REPAIR-02 execution checkpoint, 2026-10-20 02:50 UTC.

36 direct merge operations are now verified in this continuation, plus four Cat Food PRs incorporated by ancestry at PR129's single integration. New since the preceding34-action checkpoint:

All first35 merges were reread from GitHub with actual parents and result trees at02:45 UTC, then checked against current target ancestry: 15ahead/20identical, zero read gaps. RHS36 was separately checked: base49f785712568fc1ad7fc33054d1b341b6312c265, head74a133038ba91e3a8df74b77dd77c5dd5d0092db, tree42980241758a8b11182611b50d29ce882426d978, matching the candidate/prospective tree. No duplicate/subsumed PR closures or branch deletions. The accidental broad #171 auto-closure was corrected/reopened as recorded in the earlier correction comment; no broad acceptance is implied.

Scope is still427 canonical repository IDs/14owners. Accessible-list pages at02:46 UTC were100/100/100/100/26/0=426unique, with no moves/additions; directly readable archived dwiel/talon_community remains the provider omission. PR snapshot02:38 UTC:431pages/2280all-state records, 204open=15non-draft+189draft, zero read gaps; this predates RHS36. Ref classifications are not an invented active-work count; unmatched branch intent remains UNKNOWN. Open-issue snapshot02:50 UTC:429pages/1284non-PR issues, exclusive SUN136/EARTH29/MOON17, zero read gaps. Starting same-scope278PR=33non-draft+245draft is a reconstructed archived backfill of the original426-repository observation, not an original427 observation.

Fresh repaired ICK95/96/97 exact-head native/oracle/mutant gates and Idric140/VIN11 are still running; game4 desktop plus all three actual Android archives now pass and its release/debug APK build is running. Supported GitHub failed-job retry was used once for CLI10 at the unchanged source head; provider census consistency is retained. Young22 remains blocked by its actual APK failures (expired Grease producer artifact and AArch64 assembler mismatch), regardless of green JDT/native/Idriç checks. NDK20's earlier safety refusal was not retried or bypassed. Newly reviewed NDK17/Cockswain43 have real owned-shell language gates, recorded on the PRs, rather than a stale-draft excuse.

#89, #238, FP21 and Cockswain24 received current continuation evidence. Full semantic coverage of all remaining drafts and branch-only intent is not complete; this remains an execution checkpoint, not a global no-stranded-qualified certificate. All current A1/C67/TAB_P10 physical tests in this continuation remain NOT_RUN.

BACKLOG-REPAIR-02 execution checkpoint, 2026-10-20T03:45Z. Direct merge operations in this continuation:42, plus4 Cat Food sibling PRs incorporated by actual merge ancestry at acedb93ce227ca87e93dcfed09bb298f9f871974. These remain separate from the earlier reported27-merge sweep; the bounded historical window independently contains28 GitHub merges, not an assistant-tally certificate.

    Since the previous36-merge checkpoint:

Each new merge's actual GitHub state, target ref, parent commits and resulting tree were checked. The ICK layout and numerical prospective trees equal the tested head trees. Real exact-head numerical33,591-record outputs and all9defects were inspected; bypass0/9/9 and forcedexit57/0/57 are preserved. The LuaJIT game has real desktop/archive checks and verified APK-embedded bytecode, but release signing/physical execution remain NOT_RUN. ARM116 is on native-arm, with actual Idriç→Thumb2 source and declared NDK assembly/link boundary; no physical Android execution is inferred.

Idric140 passed all10 current-head checks and landed on canonical Idriç before the VIN consumer merged. VIN39359021214 passed all13 actual maintained stages: source pins, Kitchen build/install, out-of-tree installed-command fixture, independent synthetic oracle and separate live NHTSA vPIC response with ErrorCode0. No synthetic provider claim or physical-device PASS.

Pending repair qualification: ICK96 combined head20ed78d8be3deeaa8f4deec11ffc52c54ce13ef8 retains accepted scalar/layout/numerical work and all4 component gates; run39362629402 is still in progress. CLI10 now has normal conflict-preserving integration and diagnostic candidate230b9c44304573c920733f17fcd1346c9c23fef5, runs39365334549/34547. Its old same-head provider attempts failed changing census and then invalid JSON; raw old failing body absent, so provider/parser cause UNKNOWN. The new Idriç diagnostic retains failed bytes without weakening census/parser checks; synthetic capture refusal, maintained real acceptance and sibling VIN regression remain required before merge.

Workflow approval is a separate blocker. Crawlspace run36906151634 explicitly awaits maintainer approval and browser is signed out. Automatic approval review rejected clicking GitHub Sign in because it judged that workflow inspection authorization did not include specific maintainer-account sign-in authorization. No retry, alternate credential/tool or indirect workflow trigger was used. The original Android-NDK20 safety refusal remains NOT_RETRIED with its original reason UNKNOWN, distinct from this new refusal. Crawlspace/ARM112 also have actual owned shell/Python source-policy and specific acceptance gaps; approval alone does not clear them.

Latest fully paginated scope snapshots are still separately dated, not relabelled as current after these merges:427 canonical repositories over14owners (426 installation-list entries plus directly readable archived dwiel/talon_community);204openPRs=15non-draft+189draft at02:38:39–02:38:59;15886refs/15478nondefault at02:45:05–02:45:52;1284open non-PR issues with SUN136/EARTH29/MOON17 at02:49:59–02:50:18. Final refresh remains required. Branch-only ancestry now completes1291unmatched refs:978diverged/178behind/104ahead/17identical/14explicitNoCommonAncestor, no read gaps; active semantic intent is not inferred from these counts. No PR was closed as duplicate or subsumed. Accidental issue171 auto-close from the scoped oracle merge was corrected/reopened; broader acceptance remains open. Current A1/C67/TAB_P10 physical tests remain NOT_RUN. #293 stays the canonical open ledger.

BACKLOG-REPAIR-02 checkpoint at 2026-10-20T04:10:26.462Z. Still43 direct verified merge operations +4 Cat Food PRs incorporated by ancestry. Newly integrated since42: isomorphisms/flexible-pipes PR #229, “Run pinned Holomorphic reference and native qualification through Kitchen and Ike” to main at24235bd2c86ff01f121a318c209b479943805a0f. Actual25-path additive prospective/target treefc3b77c116d1bd6eff4093ed8689aa9cf63a154f and parents verified; all7headrunsPASS, actual FP/Kitchen/Ike/independent checker/generation/binding receipts downloaded and checked. Physical/sustained-performance/M1 holds remain open.

All43 merges were reverified again from live GitHub state, parent commits, result trees and current target ancestry at03:49UTC, with one transient read retried successfully and0final gaps. Regina moved while execution continued: canonical repository ID1412463768 is now walnut-burgundy/regina, not a new repository. Its PR2 merge19832cd6ee73c17d2521a0d0a49b8d1a530423d7 to Agda was reverified under the new canonical path. Accessible-list pagination03:47 returned100/100/100/100/26/0 =426unique; directly readable archived Talon remains omitted, so same427-repository comparison scope.

Full dated snapshots, not final after-counts while work continues: PR431pages/2280all-state records at03:48:24–03:48:36:196open=14non-draft+182draft. All196 current heads, real target refs, paginated reviews/discussion/inline/current-head workflows and effective comparisons refreshed03:51:32–03:52:02,0read gaps; IR24 still reaches300-file list cap. All919same-repo current-head pairs are compared:825diverged/75behind/19ahead/0identical, no read gaps.23ancestry components plus explicit target-branch relationships produce25active stack families; five declared parent links diverge and are not falsely called ancestry. No Talon foreign-fork branch-name stack is invented.

Unmatched ancestry uses current default/head identities:977diverged/178behind/103ahead/17identical/14explicitNoCommonAncestor,0read gaps. Active semantic intent remains UNKNOWN. Openissues03:50:41–03:50:52:429pages/1285nonPR issues;SUN136/EARTH29/MOON17. Counts include concurrent actors.

Two original repairs are still qualifying: ICK96head20ed78d8be3deeaa8f4deec11ffc52c54ce13ef8 is now executing numerical gates after actual scalar/layout checks; full resampling/6defects remain required. CLI10head230b9c44304573c920733f17fcd1346c9c23fef5 retains accepted VIN and new Idric raw-failure diagnostics. Its sibling VIN regression39365334547 passes; own compile/diagnostic/real census39365334549 still running. Old invalid-JSON cause remains UNKNOWN without raw body.

A source-policy mistake in my own accepted Idric140 repair was caught: newly owned CI shell assertions belonged in the existing fixed smoke interface. Normal follow-up isomorphisms/Idric PR #141, “Keep fixture source guards in the fixed smoke harness” at0e79b018b20fb794d61ac624e962855a5501068e removes that CI block without weakening guards. Actual Golden.runTest fixes sh ./run and ignores process status, so a status-only guard could falsely match golden stdout. The first a135 design is retained as unaccepted; final guards also emit stdout refusals. Exact published source/modes replayed locally with recorded Grease: clean bytes/exit0 preserved; compiler23, matching-output child57, straysource, changedcopy and failedGit each exit1 and cannot match golden stdout. These are explicit synthetic process-boundary controls, not compiler/product acceptance. All10current-head workflows, including full/type smoke, must pass before merge to Idriç. No force or gate suppression.

Current failed job logs were read for42latest failing workflows (45failed jobs plus one jobless workflow), including actual Cat Food follower source-leader/staleness failures and real Swap type errors. Unrelated greens do not clear those gates. Remaining non-draft blockers and25stack families have explicit owner/gate records. Complete semantic review of every remaining draft and branch-only intent remains incomplete; no global completion certificate. No duplicate PR closures or branch deletions. Prior NDK20 refusal remains NOT_RETRIED; new GitHub sign-in automatic-review refusal remains unworked-around. Current A1/C67/TAB_P10 physical tests remain NOT_RUN.

    SUN YT-MECHANICAL-01 — execution report, 2026-10-21

Disposition: PARTIAL IMPLEMENTATION VERIFIED; MANAGED RUNTIME / RELEASE / TABLES INTEGRATION BLOCKED. This records completed work and exact evidence. It does not declare the assignment complete.

Young Tableaux source is e2d1147486ec99060df6f2ad52693a49da8e9146 on the existing isomorphismes/young-tableaux PR #22, “Check the real JDT visual oracle through Ithon”. The intended tables head remains d1fb04677bfd0e09269497ab8576e03a25d7a2cd; this PR remains open because current runtime admission is blocked. Previously merged native repairs at 4436601f57d22b27c6f524c4174abe55c247bf91 were preserved.

Actual new implementation commits include dc0ad4c785d8f67b52cdad1c1b4c59bb569fb485 (executed typed transitions, restored-defect controls, operation ledger), 6ee139e9e6b00f6ff0c3321f08da7133310488a0 (native-compatible typed entry bounds and bounded compiler execution), and e2d1147486ec99060df6f2ad52693a49da8e9146 (actual pixel frame preservation and independent byte comparisons). The intermediate large-Nat bound caused compilation to stall; it was corrected using an exact Integer conversion, then compilation and execution passed. No stalled attempt is counted as acceptance.

Two upstream changes were actually merged into AI-CI main:

    Change Accepted head Actual merge
isomorphisms/ai-ci PR #303, “Qualify AArch64 ICK GNU property notes at the Android assembler boundary” 82cc8716b3feb05a05e5aa7fa0bac7b4db40f8c6 837d0a214c82c7be01cd25d5c114ee8057025f5c
isomorphisms/ai-ci PR #308, “Admit the existing Young Tableaux test signer for paired APK verification” d32c8db2e4d4b1e6a901216d3199121a0360e78b dfc0a5a3c59327ca18c3677a2fdeb7b6b1dc76f4

Both heads passed all 16 triggered workflows. The second change registers the existing test certificate; it does not change the signer or establish release/device acceptance.

C1–C10 and mathematical audit. Current-head independent audit run 39608437638 passes 171,228 checks across the entire corpus, eight rejecting mathematical mutants and four normal/INT_MAX renderer probes. The original counterexample inputs now pass their intended mathematical/validation expectations. Run 39608437954 compiles disposable deliberately incorrect implementations restoring every documented defect and rejects them. Expectations and working native kernels were not replaced.

Failure Original counterexample / owning repair preserved Current baseline Deliberate defect
C1 FindCorners, λ=1; return actual removable corner (1,1) through dispatch PASS REJECTED
C2 FindAddableCells, λ=[]; return (1,1) through dispatch PASS REJECTED

C10 RSKBiword 1;2147483647; same renderer correction PASS REJECTED

C4–C6/C8 share one restored-parser mutant; its receipt contains four separately failing operations. The other six defects have separate mutants. Corner/cell-set, independent insertion/reconstruction, dictionary hole movement, native validation and overflow-trapping raster probes remain independent oracles. C7 is a native API test, not a claimed phone UI reproduction.

All 44 registered operations have current-head PASS verdicts in artifact 12349736885, ZIP SHA-256 4cee7c408a77981b7b08e988c906a399077bb0ceffedc40df8f523e00389c119. The TSV includes exact source, actual public output and visibility for every row. The first 17 intentionally hidden buttons are recorded as hidden, not defects. These are bounded host-audit verdicts; 171,228 is the shared corpus total, not a per-operation count.

Executed Idriç and visual evidence. Actual pinned Idriç 94dfd99bd3e376507fedc8611053b7173b2519f0, through its bundled runtime, compiles and executes the checked partition/cell/tableau/jeu slice. It validates complete skew fillings, positive native-representable entries, weak rows/strict columns, active holes and semistandard ties taking the lower neighbor. It produces reproducible traces compared byte-for-byte with the unchanged native implementation: 18 trace comparisons, nine admission controls, four compiled rejecting mutants, plus the retained 13 rules. The mutants cover tie-right, cell overflow, ascending partitions and entry overflow. INT_MAX entries are accepted and INT_MAX+1 rejected. Typed RSK insertion/recording transitions are not implemented by this slice; native RSK remains working and audited.

The actual Ithon frontend is 74ab6d6044b07b76a910978437a34a6b5ac6acda; new Python-family harnesses are checked .pi sources. Host ICK is c61e448251744a2f40ad743ebef1a027bdcd2f9d. No stock compiler/interpreter substitution is claimed. Typed artifact 12350081702 has ZIP SHA-256 4bda1b989c0c17ad76178e0f42269c868a76951429031b299b91c4e4835d1caf.

The positive test uses the real native painter. All four wrong sources—no-step, no-diagram, stale-wegert, stale-rectified-plot—are rejected. Twelve actual 320×192 RGB PPM frames and hashes are retained in artifact 12349293700, ZIP SHA-256 848eed5fdacaae8e3968b182702e1c54e077dc6920d763695e45070fe866e2cb. STEP changes 439 tableau pixels; finishing equals independently rectifying; fixed-λ before/after-step/after-finish frames are byte-identical; the jeu-specific projection changes 57,400 pixels when its outer corner is removed. An explicit λ edit changes 57,408 fixed-reference pixels. No mathematical animation was invented.

The raw Flexible Pipes receipt executes a clean immutable source worktree at e2d1147486ec99060df6f2ad52693a49da8e9146, runner 24235bd2c86ff01f121a318c209b479943805a0f, pipeline SHA-256 5f0fb9839e9d3730588b27e40ad6bad04d2b1034d801b791a971c0b51799bebc. Assignment, source, typed and painter stages all exit zero. Scope is HOST_EXECUTION_ONLY; the existing Python runner is legacy debt, and registered managed-controller/Kitchen/pinned-Ike execution is not claimed. The earlier full host attempt used the prohibited historical runtime and a worktree that changed during execution; it is NOT_ELIGIBLE for final-head managed acceptance.

Compiler repair and runtime blocker. Android ICK source fbe86e23d55cfec2000c08e61deea2a407fd7175, GCC 6294f1d9e7536e5ffcde09d1528c918d63abfef5, NDK 27.2.12479018. The owning AI-CI configuration now fixes the compiler/assembler capability mismatch with gcc_cv_as_aarch64_aeabi_build_attributes=no, choosing GCC's supported GNU-property path instead of emitting unsupported AEABI directives. It does not filter assembly or disable security features. Upstream run 39368855052, AArch64 job 118451875671, observes BTI, PAC, GCS on a real ICK→NDK object; stripping the property section is rejected. Explicit consumer pins use the merged producer. Current-head Android run 39608438155 passes ARMv7 compiler job 119250672399 and AArch64 job 119250672788. Lua prerequisite job 119250672717 fails closed before prohibited acquisition; packaging is SKIPPED.

The vanished Grease artifact was reproducibly rebuilt from owner source ba869518c7d850de6c47d8c6234654575e264e6c / Oils gitlink 5651cf97a1b5042f24f14112a7ade9a1518eb0bc; its existing engine digest was recovered. That was done before discovering the explicit human C++ prohibition in Flexible Pipes #67. This was an ineligible route, and its compatibility runs are not managed admission. Current YT/Cat Food workflows stop before acquiring it. No Python 2 or unrelated shell replaces it.

The live gate is isomorphisms/flexible-pipes PR #52, “Qualify modified Icky Lua interpreter and embedded runtime through exact ICK”, source 68c53d0daa64ec998701060abaaf225752ea1e93: independently accepted compatible C++-free Grease plus Cat Food acquisition and AICI closure evidence are missing. Owner dilapidated-shed/grease #58 has current diagnostics.

Freshly verified D owner source ba5a2f7f817320b4204e08df0b4fcfdeac39f459 already fixes the older retained artifact's parse-only defect; it was not reimplemented. Owner run 39606352501 passes actual Icky DMD compilation/smokes. Artifact 12347114926 ZIP SHA-256 d7fadd7341c0b4a18ef97a73498f8cf125144453bb0d5b411c2ac52efb5365e8; retrieved binary SHA-256 487643351371287c71e0e04c5d2e31fa2714f35467a5d5e268494f887fa5e0da. Actual execution now accepts --ast-format none -n without evaluating exit/division/missing-source commands and rejects an untaken malformed body with exit 2. Actual json read still exits 2: json: expected write with no word arguments; read is not translated yet. Its retained owner ledger records 388 assertion matches / 731 failures / 1,119 inherited cases; this continuation did not rerun that entire ledger. Direct dynamic dependencies contain no C++ runtime; independent static/transitive exclusion is UNKNOWN/NOT_RUN. Whole-shell compatibility, current producer controls, managed admission and publication remain incomplete. It was neither renamed to Grease nor activated as a substitute.

Icky Lua. The embedded gitlink remains modified Lua 5.5.1, 87306483cec50f8c750a22dda1d0742246fad756. Historical actual interpreter/embedding, raw facts bytes, stock/stale/PATH/wrong-object controls and native sanitizers executed on dc0, but their forbidden Grease prerequisite makes them NOT_ELIGIBLE for current managed admission. Current FP68 admission is BLOCKED/NOT_RUN, not PASS. Facts/interaction/composition remain at their established Lua boundary; mathematical kernels stay independent in native code, with the new typed model alongside them. Young Tableaux #21 and AI-CI #234 remain open.

Current versionCode-10 recipes are source candidates, NOT_RUN on an eligible runtime. No current-head APK qualification or Cat Food publication is claimed.

isomorphisms/catfood PR #147, “Qualify Young Tableaux's paired Android identity and artifact delivery” implements APK acquisition with hash checking, exact receipts, safe repeats and symlink/tampering rejection. Implementation 66cad9d35db5bd2c2d37d108f28ff91cf9b87f2d; runtime guards 56ec9921ebaf54b636ffabe9000799506f9af845; published branch dd370e50290bbed93c2e4c6e2235f1426fb210aa verified directly. Both ABI fixtures/repeats and ten negative controls executed through checked Ithon and historical Grease; these are compatibility observations only, NOT_ELIGIBLE admission. Existing delivery/plan suites pass. Eight equivalent ancestor follower obligations were superseded only after matching target, architecture, kind and exact action. Existing follower structural/stale checks pass; 62 unresolved target obligations remain. No APK feed rows were published and the PR stays open.

For both devices, installation, launch, touch, slide, scrolling, persistence, RSK stepping and actual device jeu rendering are NOT_RUN. No phone/tablet builds or build-tool installation were performed.

Integration and retirement. Only the two qualified upstream AI-CI changes above were merged in this execution. The primary and Cat Food branches retain concrete runtime blockers; their accepted host evidence does not waive them. No new primary commit was merged into tables, and no required acceptance issue was falsely closed. Issue #4's sun-y1-native-exploration tip ecbe6aa61659a6f4230a741b022f526e100d0cbd contains four unmatched patches after 12 patch-equivalent ones; it was preserved. ui-total-header was compared with the explicit folded-work instruction, but no branch deletion was performed. The exact cleanup receipt remains attached to that issue. Pauli/Schur–Weyl issue #7 and unique research were untouched.

Remaining owners are Grease/Oils for compatible C++-free runtime implementation; Cat Food for eligible acquisition/publication; FP/AICI for current interpreter/compiler/closure admission; Young Tableaux for subsequent current-head producer/integration and typed RSK slices; and physical A1/C67 receipts for device acceptance. These obligations remain substantive and uncompleted.
