The doctrine artifacts for the who-line design-of-record:

• ADR 0002 — At-digest-time affiliations ride from the paper's own PDF. Records the empirical probe (arXiv API 0/25, Semantic Scholar/INSPIRE empty at digest time, OpenAlex unindexed) behind the PDF-parse decision, the paper-level no-binding rule, and the 2026-10-02 roster-audit constraint: attribution is the paper's printed claim or human curation, never graph/model inference.
• CONTEXT.md — who-line glossary entry. The pick message's author-and-attribution line: authors as the feed reports them, affiliations as the paper's PDF prints them, tracked-people matches highlighted.
