Mutable craft tag runs privileged release with app token

getsentry/craft@v3 is a mutable tag in the release job that holds the GitHub App token and contents/pull-requests write; a tag rewrite could take over releases. Pin craft to a full commit SHA.

Evidence
  • release job uses getsentry/craft@v3 (mutable version tag), not a 40-char SHA.
  • The same job mints a GitHub App token via actions/create-github-app-token@v3 and passes it as GITHUB_TOKEN to craft.
  • Workflow permissions grant contents: write and pull-requests: write, and craft performs the release.
  • A rewritten v3 tag would execute attacker-controlled release code with that token and write access.
