Mutable craft tag runs privileged release with app token
getsentry/craft@v3 is a mutable tag in the release job that holds the GitHub App token and contents/pull-requests write; a tag rewrite could take over releases. Pin craft to a full commit SHA.

actions/create-github-app-token@v3and passes it asGITHUB_TOKENto craft. - Workflow
