macOS evidence found the fixture never analysed. Fixes:
depsattr was a string_list, which the rules_apple framework aspect walked and crashed on. Renamed todep_labels.Evidence runs (macos_arm64, scope //apple/tests/fixtures/swift_app/... //apple/ios/...): run 41989737419 built the app and ran ledger_app_test (XCTest on the simulator) PASSED in 407s; run 41992872663 ledger_ipa_test PASSED (also fixed check_ipa.sh to read the .ipa next to the app executable). Nested-Bazel tests not run locally; Linux scoped test passes.
Remaining: device/arm64 app (aarch64-apple-ios triple, MODULE.bazel.lock), XCTest case names/executor.txt, negative failure_tests for xcode_version 9.9, support matrix cells.
