master, pull requests, and manual runs.fail-fastis off, so each perl version reports on its own.Makefile.PLneeds before it runs (File::Copy::Recursive,ExtUtils::XSpp, ...) explicitly withcpanm, becauseMakefile.PLloads them before it can declare prereqs.libv8/directory thatMakefile.PLdownloads, keyed onNODEJS_VERSION, OS and architecture, so thegem isn't downloaded on every run.
