Describe the verification behavior shipped on main: caller-pinned issuer trust, malformed expiry/key handling, normalized-key collisions, delegation check limits, and Java/crypto requirements. Add an Unreleased changelog and remove publication-readiness overclaims.
Validation: Gradle test/build/Javadoc passed with all 11 tests; the hosted build passes. The complete README example compiles with --release 11. Local Markdown links/fences and ASCII/whitespace checks passed. Independent Javadoc generation retains existing missing-comment/tag warnings.
