Attestix is an open-source Python toolkit for agent identities, signed credentials, capability delegation, provenance records, and offline verification. It exposes library, CLI, MCP, and REST interfaces.
Attestix produces evidence for governance workflows. A signature establishes integrity and key control within the selected verification profile; it does not establish issuer trust, authorization, legal conformity, certification, or the truth of a claim. Operators must assess deployment security, key custody, revocation, replay protection, and applicable obligations separately.
The verifier repositories implement a shared Attestix format with language-specific validation boundaries. Read each repository's verification and release notes before adopting it; merged source changes do not imply that every registry package has been republished.
