Fixes #897. A nested document at .../fake.html?id=history-reload changed to the origin root after history.replaceState(..., "#one"), preventing correct history traversal. Keep the current path and query for fragment-only references, and keep the path when a new query replaces the old one; direct native assertions also cover ordinary relative sibling URLs.

Part 2 of native GitHub stack #902: #899 → #900 → #901. The complete top-branch iframe-navigation-lifecycle and focused history-same-document gates pass; top PR #901 supplies the parent-owned proxy event delivery required for full nested history.
