Release Papyrus 0.0.2 build 2 with durable reading goals/activity and signed Android internal delivery, versioned web deployment, unsigned Windows installers, and Ubuntu 24.04 .deb plus Ubuntu/Debian AppImage downloads. Preserve portable archives, x64 desktop targets and existing user-data identities. Apple, ARM64 desktop builds and public store launches remain deferred.

The server 0.0.2 image is already deployed and verified: migration head, unchanged existing-table fingerprints, API version/health, tracking schema 2 and PowerSync publication/readiness all pass. Encrypted off-host database/media/configuration backups are verified.

Client implementation and version-preparation CI pass quality, native Windows, Ubuntu 24.04 and Debian 13 packaged EPUB/PDF, offline import, resume and profile-isolation checks. Lifecycle probes preserve library/settings through upgrade/removal/reinstall and Windows credentials; Windows also verifies offline WebView2 installation after runtime quarantine. Forty release-tool tests cover identity, checksums, unsafe archives, immutable retries, stale-web rejection and rollback. Linux Secret Service and a clean Windows OS image are not covered by these fixtures.

Release review fixes stop the reader loading spinner when a captured profile becomes invalid, keep the old book closed, and surface/recover initial-sync failures on both Goals tabs. All 47 focused regressions and the fix PR full client CI pass; promotion checks rerun on the integrated source.

Merge with a merge commit. GitHub publication precedes independent web/Play jobs. Verify public release metadata and a Play-installed build 2 before marking delivery operational, then exercise delivery retries using the exact published assets.
