Describe the bug
If you want to link an OSI Specification for a specific version, you can do that for older releases with the version tag in the link. E.g. https://opensimulationinterface.github.io/osi-antora-generator/asamosi/V3.7.0/specification/index.html has "V3.7.0" in the URL, so it can be directly linked.
However, the latest release V3.8.0 can only be accessed with https://opensimulationinterface.github.io/osi-antora-generator/asamosi/latest/specification/index.html.
This is a problem, because this link target will change, once 3.9.0 is released.
Describe how to reproduce the bug
Try to go to the 3.8.0 specification with https://opensimulationinterface.github.io/osi-antora-generator/asamosi/V3.8.0/specification/index.html. It yields Page Not Found.
Describe the expected behavior
I would have expected to be able to link v.3.8.0 with the tag in the URL.
This is possible in other ASAM standards, e.g. OpenCRG: https://asam-ev.github.io/OpenCRG/asamopencrg/2.0.1/specification/index.html
