Documents Mogplex/mogplex#655:

• Quickstart and Operations: Docker installs run the doctor inside the image with docker compose exec app node scripts/doctor.cjs [--live]. No checkout needed.
• Operations: /api/health counts an OpenAI-compatible endpoint that lists models as configured models.

Merge order: after Mogplex/mogplex#655 merges and ships in a release image. Until then, scripts/doctor.cjs is not in v0.2.0.
