The working-1.6 ruleset now requires it, so the two places that list the required contexts say so. The dev-branch leg reports beside it and stays advisory: a dev-branch schema step turns it red on any 1.6 pull request. Refs #2000 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
