The transfer plugin quoted same-asset swaps between two wallets as a centralized exchange. Moving funds between wallets of one asset is a send, so the plugin is removed rather than kept as a swap provider.

Description
Deletes the
transferswap plugin (src/swap/transfer.ts) and its registration. It quoted a same-asset move between two wallets as a swap, which showed "Powered by Transfer" and the exchange-processing copy for what is a plain send.Companion PRs: EdgeApp/edge-core-js#748 drops the core sort rule that ranked this plugin first, and EdgeApp/edge-react-gui#6292 stops loading it and keeps same-asset pairs out of the swap pickers.
