Delete the parallel calculation folder and add a doc folder with a summarized markdown of parallel calculation method.

@haitao-ZCU I do not think that this is a good solution. The markdown is too general to be able to reconstruct it. Would it make sense (and would it be easy) to make it a standalone code (without the aedt file) and put it somewhere into scripts/parallel_calculation? Also, if it is not much work, it should be probably somehow linked to bayes-queue. I am not very clear what should be done here. Maybe the simplest option is also to keep both of them as they are and move them to scripts without any changes. What do you think?

I agree with keeping those two parallel calculation scripts too. Without those two files, the markdown is hard to follow.
I also agree with creating a new scripts/ folder, we can use it to put some related useful scripts or methods worth keeping.
