There are some folders which should not be in the repo.
Long description
- There are folders
bayes-queueandparallel_calculation, which probably should not be in the repo. - Investigate who added them and talk to these people why they are there.
- If they do not belong there, delete them.
- If they contain some nice functionality, write it in some Markdown, where it can be read by people (not here).

bayes-queue is mine. It was used to save instructions how to run on bayes and also some results. Its mixed now.
I propose to:

Hi, Honza, this is about machine_design/parallel_calculation, which you added in 76869a3.
It has a large SynRM_orig.aedt (~59k lines) that probably shouldn't be in git, plus two scripts (runner_parallel.py, calculate_combination.py) with a useful parallel Ansys computation pattern (copy the project per worker, sweep an Id/Iq grid with multiprocessing).
Do you still need this folder? If not, I will remove the .aedt file and write up the parallel computation pattern as a short doc so that it is not lost.

I do not need this folder - I just uploaded here as a working example of the parallel computation. You can delete the .aedt file.
