Pins zui b564a34 (zeronsh/zui#18) so gpui-base and Zeron share one gpui after Zeron's native Linux browser bump.

zeronsh/zui#18 adds:

  • in-place atlas tile updates from pixels or imported dma-bufs (Linux);
  • display-rate frame callbacks in inactive windows;
  • a Wayland fix: frames no longer stop after a forced draw.

It only adds API; nothing this crate uses changes.

  • Cargo.toml: the five zui revs, 0dc69aa → b564a34.
  • Cargo.lock: 21 zui source lines, plus ash in gpui_wgpu's dependencies.

Stacked on zeron/zui-drag-needs-held-button (6ffe5e5), the rev Zeron pins today.

zeronsh/zui#18: atlas tiles updated in place from pixels or imported dma-bufs, display-rate frame callbacks in inactive windows, and Wayland frames that no longer stop after a forced draw. Zeron's native Linux browser needs it; this keeps gpui-base on the same zui as Zeron.
