Summary

Implements App Store Connect API 4.5.1 support (v4.2.0 candidate):

• App Asset Library (AssetsWorker, 11 new assets_* tools):
  • Scoped library discovery (assets_get_library, assets_get_reference_data, assets_list_images, assets_list_videos, assets_get_image, assets_get_video, assets_list_placements, assets_get_placement).
  • Dynamic specification validation against appAssetLibraryRefData and pure-Swift local media inspection (AssetMediaInspector) for PNG, JPEG, and QuickTime/MP4 containers before network reservation.
  • Guarded two-phase mutation workflow (assets_prepare_change -> assets_apply_change) with a 10-minute, account-and-session-bound, single-use preview, pinned upload transport (AssetPinnedUploadTransport, AssetDNSResolver, AssetUploadDestinationPolicy), and private recovery journal (AssetOperationStore, assets_get_operation).
  • Supports nested previewFrameImage.state.state on video poster-frame readiness (688f672).
• Review Submissions (ReviewSubmissionsWorker):
  • Adds appAssetLibraryImage and appAssetLibraryVideo relationship support on reads and guarded item addition via shared preview consumption.
• Other ASC API 4.5.1 Additions:
  • AppLifecycleWorker: adds ALL and TWELVE_PLUS to korea_age_rating_override.
  • SubscriptionsWorker: adds nullable market_settings and multi_seat_status on subscriptions_update (rejected on create), and defaults plan_types to MONTHLY,UPFRONT in subscriptions_list_price_point_adjusted_equalizations when omitted to preserve backward compatibility with existing callers.
  • MetricsWorker: adds metrics_performance_overview (GET /v1/apps/{id}/performanceOverviews with Accept: application/vnd.apple.xcode-overview+json).
• OpenAPI 4.5.1 Contract & Drift Tooling:
  • Pins official Apple 4.5.1 OpenAPI snapshot (1,001 paths, 1,303 operations; 514 public tools across 36 worker filter keys).
  • Adds semantic deprecation tracking and latest-apple-contract drift workflow gate.
