- Upgrade next from 16.0.10 to ^16.2.2 (resolved 16.2.3)
- Upgrade @next/eslint-plugin-next from ^16.0.8 to ^16.2.2
- Rename middleware.ts to proxy.ts per Next.js 16.2 deprecation
- Rename exported function from middleware() to proxy()
