[Feature Request] Add Icebind to weekly tasks #80

With yesterdays update, icebind was added as a weekly activity. To participate, bells are consumed. You can harvest three bells per week and stockpile up to 6 bells. Nevertheless, I think a weekly reminder akin to Descendia or Circuit would be enough. Maybe harvesting and using bells could be split into separate tasks, if necessary?
