Raise floors to sentence-transformers 6.2, scikit-learn 1.9.1, nltk 3.10.4, visidata 3.4, ruff 0.17 and ty 0.0.92 and refresh the lock (torch 2.14, huggingface-hub 2.x). Move to checkout v7 and setup-uv v10.3.2, and run CI on Python 3.14 too. sentence-transformers 6 renamed encode's first parameter and puts prompt_name second, so the Encoder protocol now takes the texts positionally and show_progress_bar by keyword.
