Release 0.1.13

This release prepares DiffZip 0.1.13 with updated dependencies and a fix for restoration hanging on malformed ZIP64 archives.

Release contents

• Include the dependency updates and restore regression coverage merged in Update dependencies and verify restore behaviour #26.
• Set the package and manifest version to 0.1.13 and record its existing minimum Obsidian version, 1.8.7, in versions.json.
• The verified 0.1.13 release has been promoted to the latest stable release.

Validation

• The build and release metadata test passed.
• Generated main.js, styles.css, and README.md are byte-for-byte identical to the build validated for Update dependencies and verify restore behaviour #26; only the release manifest version changes.
• The 0.1.13 manifest and build passed the backup, restore, and wake-lock lifecycle scenario in real Obsidian 1.12.7 on Linux ARM64.
• The prepared ZIP is valid and contains the same main script, manifest, and stylesheet as the standalone artefacts.
• The application code already passed 17 UI tests, 67 executed Deno tests, all four real-Obsidian E2E scenarios, and both pull-request and main-branch CI for Update dependencies and verify restore behaviour #26. The Windows-specific PowerShell test remains unverified.

Publication validation

Release 0.1.13 has been published and downloaded again for verification. The standalone assets and ZIP contents match the validated build, the release notes match the proposed text, and both release and pull-request CI passed.

• Verify the published 0.1.13 tag and standalone artefacts against the reviewed commit and prepared files.
• Verify that the published ZIP contains the matching artefacts and manifest.
• Promote the verified 0.1.13 release to the latest stable release before merging this pull request.
