Changes

Add dependency 'accountsservice', because it is introduced as hard dependency in ReGreet-0.3 (see here). Package update ReGreet: update to 0.5.0 #63364 missed this. See also this.

Rationale

Without this package ReGreet panics at start (error message "The name org.freedesktop.Accounts was not provided by any .service files") and is unusable.

I tested the changes in this PR: YES

Local build testing

I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-glibc)

This is my first contribution to Void and I hope everything is fine.
