Even import tskit doesn't work in the current version of tskit/dev/explore.

Neither, in fact, does typing 1+1 into a cell. The notebook simply hangs.

    In the JS console, it has

    Loaded sqlite3
...
ValueError: Can't find a pure Python 3 wheel for: 'psutil>=7'
