Restructures the docs for the new docs layout: a Documentation tab (introduction with cards and the Claire mark, getting started, sources with focused token-action pages, publishing, automations, $CLAIRE) and a Developers tab (overview, REST API, SDK, MCP, protocol, verification, agents). Every page has a description and icon. Old /reference URLs stay reachable as hidden pages that point to the new ones. Facts unchanged.
