Update the existing Microsoft.Extensions.Http, System.Collections.Immutable, System.Text.Json, and System.CommandLine dependencies to their next compatible patch versions. Full solution dependency reports completed successfully with no vulnerable packages; remaining direct updates are separate Roslyn/Verify major migrations.
The PR workflow previously ran all CLI integration tests serially (the last two successful runs took about 78 minutes). Reuse the existing eight-shard CLI lane and completeness/SLA summary from main, and exclude those same 18 CLI test classes from the baseline lane. Other integration test classes keep their original baseline coverage. No test or protection is removed. Actionlint and exact job-copy/filter coverage checks pass.
Local validation on the package changes: full Release solution build with zero warnings/errors, 677 unit tests, 296 snapshot tests, HTTP adapter test, four source-generator AOT example tests, strict osx-arm64 NativeAOT CLI publish, and the managed/native acceptance matrix all pass. New PR CI must pass the baseline, eight CLI shards, summary, and both OpenAPI canaries. The superseded serial run was canceled after its replacement started.
