Skill docs only, no feature.

  • SKILL.md, "CSS only" row: diff the two builds first. If only asset hashes differ, no shots are needed; otherwise shoot the routes the changed rules reach.
  • reference.md, § Reference and routes: a new bullet on how to do it. Diff every CSS file plus the HTML and JS; one rule per line for minified CSS; pair hashed names; ignore source maps. Matching outputs mean no shots, said in the report; HTML or JS differences mean the change isn't CSS-only. For each changed rule, grep the built HTML for its selectors. Element, :root/html/body and custom-property rules reach every route. JS-only classes need a before hook or go under Not verified. This replaces "For removed CSS, every page where its selectors could match."

renderdiff impact from draft PR #40 would replace this manual step once built.
