docs/updates-plan.md 的 M5:packages/cli 加上对 M4 服务端端点(docs/updates.md §6)的薄封装。

PUT current.json

  • 凭据不上命令行:只认 $TINYUI_TOKEN(发布)与 $TINYUI_ADMIN_TOKEN(实例管理),不给 --token。

  • test/bundle.test.ts 的 fakeDist 抽进 test/helpers.ts 复用,签名公钥改为传入

Summary by Sourcery

Implement the M5 CLI publishing and management surface for the update service.

New Features:

  • Add CLI publishing for uploading signed bundles and updating channel pointers.
  • Add app, package, signing-token, and release management commands, including package key rotation and release promotion, rollback, and rollout changes.

Bug Fixes:

  • Prevent unsafe or unsupported names and paths from reaching delivery URLs by validating app, channel, package, page, version, and bundle file segments.
  • Preserve the originally signed manifest bytes during publishing and support idempotent republishing.

Enhancements:

  • Separate publishing and administration credentials through environment variables, resolve instance URLs from CLI or environment settings, and enforce secure token transport.
  • Discover bundles from flexible artifact directory layouts, upload content concurrently before moving pointers, and surface server error messages.
  • Refactor shared test fixtures and document the completed M5 CLI and management workflow.

Documentation:

  • Update the update-service documentation and roadmap to describe the CLI commands, credential handling, URL resolution, release metadata, and completed M5 scope.
  • Document delivery-path filename restrictions in the build-chain documentation.

Tests:

  • Add CLI contract coverage for management endpoints, publishing order and idempotency, validation, credential and URL handling, bundle discovery, and error propagation.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features

    • Added tinyui publish for uploading bundles, updating channel pointers, and controlling rollout percentages.
    • Added commands for managing apps, packages, tokens, keys, releases, and channel pointers.
    • Added release listing with creation and publication timestamps.
    • Added configurable update-service URLs and environment-based credentials.
  • Improvements

    • Added validation for package names, bundle paths, manifests, versions, identifiers, and rollout values.
    • Restricted service connections to HTTPS, with loopback HTTP support for local development.
    • Added protection against unsafe file paths and symlink escapes during publishing.
    • Expanded CLI documentation for publishing and update-service administration.

凭据只从 $TINYUI_TOKEN / $TINYUI_ADMIN_TOKEN 读,不给 --token;
--app 可用 $TINYUI_APP,--channel 每次显式写;app / channel / 包名

Reviewer's Guide

Adds the M5 CLI thin layer over the M4 update-service API: publishing discovers and validates bundles, uploads immutable contents concurrently before switching a channel pointer, while separate publish/admin commands expose management and release operations with environment-only credentials; documentation and contract tests define the resulting protocol.

+}
+
+async function load({ dir, laidOut }: { dir: string; laidOut: boolean }): Promise<LocalBundle> {
</code_context>
<issue_to_address>
**issue (bug_risk):** When `--dir` is an output root containing one bundle unpacked under arbitrary directory names, `discover` marks the result as `laidOut` and `load` compares those directory basenames with `manifest.name` and `manifest.runtimeVersion`. The publish command rejects valid CI artifacts even though the package and runtime version are supposed to come from the manifest.

**Triggers:** When the bundle output root or its package/runtime directories have been renamed during artifact unpacking.

**Suggested fix:** Do not perform basename checks for a bundle discovered beneath a root; use the manifest values for both forms, or distinguish the direct `<pkg>/<rv>` form from the root form without treating discovered names as authoritative.
</issue_to_address>

### Comment 2
<location path="packages/cli/src/publish.ts" line_range="130" />
<code_context>
+}
+
+async function inParallel<T>(items: T[], limit: number, run: (item: T) => Promise<void>): Promise<void> {
+    const queue = [...items];
+    const workers = Array.from({ length: Math.min(limit, queue.length) }, async () => {
+        for (let next = queue.shift(); next !== undefined; next = queue.shift()) await run(next);
+    });
+    await Promise.all(workers);
+}
</code_context>
<issue_to_address>
**issue (bug_risk):** When `PublishOptions.concurrency` is zero, negative, or `NaN`, `Math.min(limit, queue.length)` produces zero workers, `Promise.all` resolves without uploading any content, and `publish` still sends the final pointer request. The server rejects the pointer for missing content, or a permissive server creates a pointer to an incomplete release.

**Triggers:** When a library caller supplies an invalid non-positive `concurrency` value.

**Suggested fix:** Validate that concurrency is a finite positive integer before creating workers, or clamp it to at least one.

```suggestion
    if (!Number.isFinite(limit) || !Number.isInteger(limit) || limit <= 0) throw new Error(`concurrency must be a finite positive integer, got ${limit}`);
    const workers = Array.from({ length: Math.min(limit, queue.length) }, async () => {
```
</issue_to_address>

### Comment 3
<location path="packages/cli/src/bin.ts" line_range="243" />
<code_context>
+        target.channel = requireName("the channel", required(action === "promote" ? v["to"] : v["channel"], `releases ${action}: ${action === "promote" ? "--to" : "--channel"} is required`));
+        body = { version };
+    } else if (action === "rollout") {
+        target.channel = requireName("--channel", required(v["channel"], "releases rollout: --channel is required"));
+        body = { rollout: Number(required(positionals[2], "releases rollout: a percentage is required")) };
+    } else {
+        throw new Error("releases: expected list, rollback, rollout or promote");
</code_context>
<issue_to_address>
**issue (bug_risk):** When `tinyui releases rollout abc` or another non-numeric percentage is supplied, `Number(...)` produces `NaN`; `JSON.stringify` serializes that value as `null`, so the CLI sends `{"rollout":null}` to the pointer endpoint instead of failing locally with a percentage validation error.

**Triggers:** When the releases rollout argument is not a numeric integer from 0 through 100.

**Suggested fix:** Parse and validate the rollout value in the CLI using the same integer-and-range check as `publish` before calling `movePointer`.

```suggestion
        const rollout = Number(required(positionals[2], "releases rollout: a percentage is required"));
        if (!Number.isInteger(rollout) || rollout < 0 || rollout > 100) throw new Error(`rollout must be an integer from 0 to 100, got ${rollout}`);
        body = { rollout };
```
</issue_to_address>

Sourcery assessment

Needs a human reviewer. 3 findings to address first, and this adds bearer-token issuance and revocation, public-key rotation, and commands that change release pointers and rollout exposure on the update service. A wrong invocation or implementation could expose publishing access, invalidate clients' trust key, or send a bad release to users; reverting the CLI cannot undo tokens already issued, revoked, or pointers already changed, though those states are bounded and administratively repairable.

Blocking findings: packages/cli/src/publish.ts:109, packages/cli/src/publish.ts:130, packages/cli/src/bin.ts:243

Align the release timestamp with the M4 contract.

docs/updates.md documents createdAt, but Releases.versions and the releases renderer use publishedAt. If the endpoint returns only the documented createdAt field, release.publishedAt.padEnd(24) throws. Use one timestamp name consistently in the interface, renderer, documentation, and tests.

loopback development addresses. Apply the same check to the related construction
path at the second referenced location, using resolveUrl and preserving existing
token handling for permitted URLs.

manifest.files 再守一次。

- publish 读 current.json 的 version 与 manifest.files 的路径来挑要读
CI artifact

segments() 挡不住 ..(encodeURIComponent 不动点号,fetch 会规范化 /../) 直接拒绝 "" / . / ..;--runtime-version、版本号、token id 也按单路径段校验

包名与 runtime version 的权威来源是 manifest(docs/updates.md §6.1:"包名从 manifest 来"),再拿目录名比一次是在用非权威来源当依据,除了误伤没有收益。

理由与放开的出口写在 docs/build-chain.md。
