Calico Open Source 3.33 shipped, so 3.30 falls outside the N-2 window and moves to its archive site at archive-os-3-30.netlify.app. - Drop 3.30 from the calico docs plugin so docs.tigera.io stops building it. - Redirect /calico/3.30/* to the archive site. - Point the 3.30 entry on the documentation archive page at the archive site. - Make the one Calico Enterprise release note that links to the 3.30 release notes use the absolute docs.tigera.io form the surrounding notes already use, so the redirect carries it to the archive. The 3.30 content stays in the repo for now. Deleting the tree is the follow-up commit.
The 3.30 docs are unpublished and served from their archive site, so the source no longer needs to be in this repo. - Remove the versioned docs directory and its sidebars file. - Drop 3.30 from calico_versions.json. - Update the two stale version ranges in the README.
