Change

Prepare 0.3.3 for the merged first-use documentation (#100) and empty-profile recovery (#102).

• Bump only the package version and add versioned release notes.
• Keep dependencies, release guards and the fixed live gate unchanged.
• Source rollback is a normal revert; public npm remains 0.3.2.

Proof and boundary

• Release contract passed: 26 maintained scripts, 12 required artifacts.
• Full local verification is running; required CI and exact-head review remain mandatory before merge.
• fix(setup): recover from an empty profile catalog #102 exact head passed four CI jobs and its recorded keyboard/four-size proof; no repeated captures.
• Release publish=false and protected proof are authorized after this preparation lands. Actual publish=true, npm publication and tagging await user approval.
• Root is the sole release owner; the frozen 0.3.2 speed field stays separate.
