Put the downloads back: direct installer links, nothing automatic - #14

The homepage Download button links straight to the installer for the visitor's system, the /download page lists every package as a direct link, and the saved release data is now v0.22.0. Nothing downloads until a link is clicked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

I'm putting the downloads back on the site without bringing back the thing Google flagged.
Tests cover: no download event or asset request when / and /download load, the home button href per Windows/Mac/Linux, a click that stays on the same URL (asset request is mocked), the unknown-system fallback, and the platform list on /download. Check, typecheck, unit, build/validate and the full Playwright suite pass.
