Fix web review findings for cancellation, accessibility and device identity #186
Follow-up to review of #185, #181 and #183. Base on codex/web-service-discovery-182. Acceptance: cancellation during initial cleanup cannot restart connections/pickers; browser controls expose current selector values and selected/disabled/busy state through valid DOM semantics while native behavior stays unchanged; concurrent first browser connections share one persisted device ID. Add regression tests, npm validation and independent latest-head review. No merge or release.
