chore: prepare v1.0.0-rc.25

Prepare RC25 from current main with menu panels, remembered panel position and AI filling empty prediction slots. Align app, launcher and configuration-test versions.

Closes #1043.

Validation with Node 24.13.0 and Rust 1.97.1:

• Offline prediction model and released companion workers verified.
• Frontend lint, 295 tests, 12 script tests and production build passed.
• Rust formatting, Clippy with warnings denied and Cargo tests passed, including seven configuration tests. No test rerun was needed.
• Launcher and updater verifier formatting, Clippy and tests passed, two tests each.
• Fresh RC25 launcher signed through SimplySign; Authenticode signature verified Valid.
• Independent review of 1c640b2 found no actionable findings.
• All required platform CI passed at https://github.com/switchifyapp/switchify-pc/actions/runs/38406479130. Signed packaging and notarization follow after required CI passes.
