chore: prepare v1.0.0-rc.24

Prepare RC24 from current main, including prediction v0.2.2, learning from typing, row-group scanning, mouse radar and positioning fixes. Align app, launcher and configuration-test versions.

Closes #1035.

Validation with Node 24.13.0 and Rust 1.97.1:

• Prediction model and released companion workers verified for offline use.
• Frontend lint, 295 tests, 12 script tests and production build passed.
• Rust formatting and Clippy with warnings denied passed. Cargo test rerun passed, including seven configuration tests. The initial run exceeded the existing three-second worker-cleanup timing assertion after confirming termination. The isolated test passed in 0.31 seconds and the subsequent full suite passed.
• Launcher and updater verifier formatting, Clippy and tests passed, two tests each.
• Fresh RC24 launcher signed through SimplySign; Authenticode signature is Valid.
• Independent review of 30493fd found no actionable findings.
• Windows/macOS CI, dependency audit and CodeQL passed at https://github.com/switchifyapp/switchify-pc/actions/runs/38368153303. Signed packaging and notarization follow after required CI passes.

Unfinished mobile-companion work in #1005 is outside this release preparation.
