三个原生测试里 swiftc 编译的超时从 60 秒放宽到 180 秒。多个 PR 同时运行时，Intel CI 机器编译 App.swift 会超过 60 秒而被终止；测试断言不变。

三个原生测试（
tests/localizations.test.js、tests/mac-settings-window.test.js、tests/mac-localization-ui.js）里，swiftc编译App.swift的超时从 60 秒放宽到 180 秒。多个 PR 同时运行 CI 时，
macos-15-intel机器编译会超过 60 秒而被终止（日志中该测试耗时 60,232 ms），导致与改动无关的失败；单独重跑即可通过。只放宽编译步骤的时限，测试断言和其他超时不变。Tests / 测试
三个文件
node --check通过；diff 只有三处60000→180000。实际结果以本 PR 的 CI 为准（这些测试会打开窗口，未在本机运行）。
