中英文 README 同步：界面语言从中英双语改为七种语言；源码下载链接指向全部 Release；build.sh 默认版本改为 1.3（8）；补充 macOS 上 npm test 会运行原生测试、界面测试与 CI 覆盖范围；目录说明补 src/localizations/ 与 scripts/。

把英文和简体中文 README 更新到 1.3 的现状，为后续五种语言的 README 翻译提供底稿。两份同步修改：
v1.0.0改为全部 Release 页面。build.sh默认版本改为 1.3（8），示例命令改用其他版本号。npm test会编译运行原生测试并短暂打开窗口；界面测试的运行方式；CI 在 Linux、Apple Silicon macOS 15、Intel、macOS 14 上的覆盖。src/localizations/和scripts/。七种语言的切换链接等五份翻译都合并后，再统一加到所有 README 顶部，避免出现指向尚不存在文件的链接。
Tests / 测试
只改文档。已核对两份 diff 一一对应，链接和命令与仓库现状一致。
