go build -o ${module-name} fails with build output "claims" already exists and is a directory when the repo has a top-level directory named like the module (stuttgart-things/claims has claims/). Output now goes to bin/${module-name}; nothing downstream reads the old path.

go build -o <module-name> fails when the repo has a directory of that
name (e.g. claims/claims).
