…oy integrity gate (3.0.0) Station 6c make-ask adds a written, cited Ask box after the story. A central service (ask-service/) verifies an HMAC host token and builds notes server-side, with atomic fail-closed caps. deploy refuses pages that link files they do not ship. See ADR-0016.

Adds Station 6c make-ask (written, cited answers after the story), the central ask-service with signed host tokens and fail-closed caps, and a deploy gate that refuses pages linking files they do not ship. Cut after review: lens tabs, update banner, PDF dialog. See docs/adr/0016-ask-this-project.md. Tests: 343, 340 pass, 0 fail, 3 skipped. Release: tag v3.0.0 after merge (trusted publisher).
