…sue gets one tracked check-in - make-overview (Station 6b): one NotebookLM video (<=120s) plus one detailed infographic from the same notebook, embedded under the video; OVERVIEW_NOTEBOOK reuses a notebook, OVERVIEW_INFOGRAPHIC=0 skips it - readme-enhance: the infographic is the README hero under the explainer link (idempotent on re-run) - messages carry a plain contact line (README_PR_CONTACT / OUTREACH_CONTACT); a review copy of the maintainer email goes to the owner over SMTP and never to the maintainer - outreach followup: one short check-in a week after our last message, only while open and unanswered, recorded so it can never post twice; also settled after every send

Adds Station 6b (NotebookLM video + one detailed infographic, reusing a notebook when given), the infographic as the README hero in the proposed README, a plain contact line on every message, a review-copy email to the owner (never the maintainer), and
explainmyrepo outreach followup(one check-in a week after the last message, never twice). Suite: 324 tests, 321 pass, 0 fail, 3 skipped.
