Let the dotfiles plugin own its skills in bb - #58

bb listed dotfiles and private-skills skills twice: once from the bb sync and once from a Claude plugin. The sync now skips marketplace plugins, since the dotfiles plugin also carries the agents every machine needs. The private-skills marketplace is dropped because its standalone source already installs each skill, now including writing-great-skills. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

bb's skill picker listed each dotfiles and private-skills skill twice: the plain copy from the bb skill sync, and a prefixed copy (
stephendolan:orpersonal:) from a Claude plugin.The dotfiles plugin stays a per-machine install because it also carries the agents, so the sync now skips marketplace plugins and leaves those skills to the plugin. The private-skills marketplace duplicated its own standalone source, so it's removed from the manifest, and
