The homepage calls the iPhone app future work, sends Home Assistant users to a separate host, and presents cropped webapp screenshots. It misses the current beta and FTW's role as a local energy primitive for people, agents and other software.
The page now leads with the local core and presents ChatGPT/MCP, the iPhone beta, the webapp and the Home Assistant app as ways to use it. The iPhone link opens the owner's public TestFlight invite. The ChatGPT section links to the existing integration page and marks the public directory listing as pending. Installation uses the current 0.x beta guides. Older migration advice stays in a short expandable note.
Two complete app viewports replace the cropped images: the public webapp demo at 430 × 932 CSS pixels and the iOS built-in demo from ftw-app commit 4448968, built and captured on a separate iPhone 17 Pro simulator. Both show simulated homes. New WebP images total about 140 KB. Homepage CSS stays separate from the shared styles used by privacy, support and ChatGPT pages.
Checked the rendered page at 1440, 768, 390 and 320 px: images load, internal anchors resolve, the mobile menu closes after navigation, no horizontal overflow or JavaScript errors. Checked the live TestFlight invite and public webapp.
git diff --checkpasses. Human visual review remains before merge; main deploys the public site.Coordination: draft #17 retains its separate stable/migration work. This redesign keeps beta availability and current migration limits; a trial merge reports an index.html conflict, so #17 will need to adapt its install copy once its release and migration requirements pass. No changes to that draft branch.
