fix(fleet): publish a day once five boxes report it - #47

The public daily-report feed hid every day below 10 reports. The fleet is still small, so stats.ftw.energy showed nothing. Five is enough for anonymous reports that carry no home id (Fredrik, 23 October 2026). Each label is still held to the same size. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

GET /v1/fleet/publichides a day, and every label in it, below 10 reports. Fewer than 10 boxes report each day today, so every day isreports: nulland stats.ftw.energy shows no installation estimate.Change
The public group size goes from 10 to 5 (Fredrik, 23 October 2026). A day with fewer than 5 reports stays hidden, and so does each version, driver or other label below 5. The reports are anonymous daily check-ins with no home id. The README says 5.
