Create ability to use extern constants

If we write in Mino Console.WriteLine(Math.PI); - it compiles right. But if we running program, we get exception: Необработанное исключение: System.MissingFieldException: Поле не найдено: "System.Math.PI". в ProgramTokenClass.Main()
